Thank you very much for that demo. I have just bought one last week ( previously had the smaller dual ninja). However I prefer the concept of this one being bigger and I like you can separate it. In the UK I paid £269!! I don’t worry about the basket being bigger, my husband has volunteered to wash it out after every use!
Got this! Love it! I made roast chicken with roasted vegetables in it in just under an hour 😁 BEST chicken ice ever tasted with such a delicious crispy skin 😁Yes, the basket is a bit cumbersome to wash in the sink, but not overly inconvenient, but I can overlook that aspect, because the ease of cooking a large meal without using numerous oven dishes and pans is amazing!! Thanks for your video Mr Dad 😀
Thanks for the review.they made a exact same air fryer for UK market it’s called mega zone but little bigger capacity,I think it’s more practical to have a larger one drawer style so ppl can bake a whole chicken and more food to serve a realistic amount of food for a family.
It’s cool having a large basket but ideally I would like Ninja to offer twin baskets as an optional extra. I guess it wouldn’t make good business sense
So I don't really understand the difference between Match Cook and Megazone, does the unit know if the divider is in? If not why not just select Megazone, keep the divider in, and the whole basket should run at your temp and time. Or am I missing something?
This is my 1st air fryer and this was a great demo. Does it need to be in dishwasher after each use or can it be wiped clean? Also, can you use parchment paper in the air fry to cut down on cleaning. I used parchment paper in my toaster oven any oil stays on parchment paper.
I haver used this air fryer 3 times now. This is an awesome air fryer. I live alone and it works great for a single person and when I have company over too. I use parchment paper and works great at bottom of tray...love air frying my food now...
great vid, i noticed when you open the door , it doesn't pause the cook time. I'm legally blind so it takes me time to flip food etc Other than that I'm temped to try it out. Thanks so much for all the great vids you do
The 10 quart works well but i find when using both baskets it flip flops between heating elements since the power cord is not rated for such a high load..this unfortunately males cook times much longer. Also, the cord does get pretty warm too. On this model with the mega basket, does it perform the same way when the insert is out? It would be interesting to see a comparison french fry test using both baskets in the 10 qt vs the single megazone one the 7qt. Can you do this with the same volume of fries and see which works best?
@@johnstump2433 Thanks for the info. I see they have them at Costco in MO also....currently for $160. I can't seem to find out how deep the drawer is. Do you happen to know? I am trying to decide if I want the single drawer or the two basket model.
I'm confused as to why someone would be on the fence about having a great big basket? It's optional and surely there has to be times when you're cooking like a whole chicken or something that could take advantage of it
Question. When you cook item in zone 1 it takes 15 minutes. If you cook the same exact item in zone two, you have to double the cook to 30 minutes. Is this concept true for the mega basket? Can I cook the food in mega mode for 15 minutes? I currently have ninja dual zone.
I've cooked 2 whole chickens in this airfryer. I have the UK version and the first meal I cooked was a whole chicken and it tasted amazing. Did it again the following week with the same result. I wouldn't cook a chicken any other way now.
Hello, great demo. Is the interior of the air fryer stainless steel or metal? Because the one I have is plastic inside and I need to avoid plastic air flyers. Thanks!
strange... why did they reduce the size of the ninja foodi flexbasket???? i currently have the 11QT Ninjafoodi flexbasket... the megazone is 11qt... and this one has the 7qt...
Teflon causes cancer is it just the divider that's made of that poison or the whole basket, kind of been trying to use just stainless steel, but ninja products mostly seem to be using aluminium coated with Teflon both bad if they come in contact with your food.
I’d think it’d be much less severe then more surface heated teflon or some one say backing a potato in foil which leaches much more. It’ll still be something to consider though. Food for thought of food.
You’ve got to be the best reviewer of TH-cam. Many thanks !
Appreciate that

Sorry, meant I’ve, not ice 😂
Sounds great!
A perfect demonstration on this air fryer. Very helpful.
Glad it was helpful!
Gibt es die Beschreibung auch in deutsch ?
I just bought this as my first airfryer today, I'm looking forward to using it tonight. Thanks for the how to video.
How is it going? I’m wanting to buy one

They do make dual basket Air Fryers.
got mine just last week from Costco for $104.00 :)
So many appliances. I wouldn't even know how to store these, have a small kitchen. Great video review.
Thanks for watching!
Dad, your house is the house of ninja by now.
I know right! They have been releasing so many products lately, I suspect they are getting ready for the Holiday season with new improved products!!
I suspect that Dad is Ryu Hayabusa, the Ninja Gaiden.
We just bought this one, your video helps .Thanks 💕
Ninja used to be the joke of kitchen appliances you would avoid but they turned it around so fast now others are trying to catch up to them
@@kinglord5429 Even their brand name was funny but you are right, yhey improved and surpassed almost every competitor, especially the Instant brand.
Great demonstration! Clear and to the point!
Upgraded mine today excited to use it perfect for meal preps.
Hi ! How do you like this one ! It’s in my cart to buy ! lol worth it ? 🙌🙌🙌
Excellent review, I always enjoy your reviews !!!🙏
I appreciate that!
I love the mini baseball bat pointer ❤ Awesome video, dad 🤗

Hmm not sure about this don’t like when you check on the food the air fryer is still on. Good review
I think There is a pause option

You can put it in your dish washer

do you recommend this machine more then 2 baskets I want to get one not sure what to buy
Have you tried fitting the dualzone baskets in this to see if they fit?
Thank you! Just got ours today -

I'm legally blind so it takes me time to flip food etc
Other than that I'm temped to try it out.
Thanks so much for all the great vids you do
What one do you thinks best the two draws or the big one
Has the coating chipped above the drawer?
no
Where do I get a receipt book from
My instructions say you can only put the individual burners in dishwasher. And not the basket.

You can't run to 1700 watt devices at the same time just way to much power burn your house down.
I am totally new to air fryers.
Can you cook battered or breaded fish ,oysters etc.
Thanks for good review
Yes you can!
@@JustADad thanks and merry Christmas
Is the basket dishwasher safe? Thank you for your video.
How do you bake in it? Can I take the grates out and use the drawer as the "baker" ? or should I use a baking dish to fit the drawer?
Is the basket and crisper tray PTFE/PFOA free?
Can you add frozen broccoli 🥦
How to prevent the bottom not to peel off ?
Wow! Fancy! Hmm. I might get one!
Very friendly display say hello and bye
do you need to preheat this air fryer?
some people do, there is not preheat button, I just put my food in and go, but I am not the most patient person,
thank you
I bought this at Costco for $100.00 last week on sale like it sonfar
How many times you opening that drawer 😮😅
That annoyed me for some reason lol
They have a 11 QT flex drawer model available as well.
my exact thought.. i have the 11qt.. and its AMAZING!
@@NghiaNguyen-qq7yx Where did you buy the 11 quart model and how much was it? Thanks!

Power XL was the first to make one air fryer with a convertible two to one chamber but darn, that brand reliability is awful.

no, just because you add more food doesnt mean the cooking time get longer, it stays the same for the same food
Another great review. Do you think a whole chicken could be cooked in this Air Fryer? Thank you

Bloody con. Nigh on £300 , no proper cook book. No accessories, spent hours trawling Amazon no accessory fits it.
Don't buy. Just got it in the one heating element doesn't even work
