Love this!! I'm moving across country to St. Pete soon! I should be coming down within the next few weeks to check out the place(look for a job, apartment, etc) Your videos have been very helpful! Florida is different than my state so apparently I have to have a job first to rent an apartment instead of putting more money down to cover more months rent. So I'm running into the issue of I can't find a place without a job, can't get a job without living there, though I can't live there without a job so I don't know. I just graduated and I'm looking forward to starting fresh and moving to a place that's more accepting than the place I'm currently living! I can't wait to become a resident of St. Petersburg!!!

Thank you I appreciate this inciteful sincere information.. it’s great hearing about a place from someone as knowledgeable as you are about St.Pete before we relocate..we checked out a few other locations in the Florida state and no where caught our attention like this city with its diversity and creative culture..The way how you describe this beautiful city shows the love you have for it as well as what it has to offer is amazing I cannot wait to go there..I’m seeking affordable 2-3 bdrm 1.5 bth near downtown area currently😊
