So there is this wonderful amazing thing called tree law, basically your neighbours or anyone really that messes with your trees/plants/fruit or nut bearing plants on your land has to pay a ridiculous amount of money in compensation. Get your land surveyed and where your property line ends.
Pro tip; tack on emotional damages, like the grapes came from the old country and have been in the family generation, have great sentimental value etc.
If you have previous photos or proof of harvest amount, you can add that on. If the plants are important for ground stability for the area and/or incline support that's even more.
Basically sue and they can reap what they sowed.

I've worked on huge vineyards and a lot of work goes into it, it takes years before the vines are even mature enough to grow grapes. The pool water would be absolutely screwing those vines right up. I'd be throwing a brick at him and his jet ski.

To be fair, we've got some incredible music, like OneRepublic, but they aren't nearly as popular as a lot of the bullshit we produce. Guns are the only consistently well made thing coming out of America these days. As a huge fan of American muscle, it pains me to say that modern American cars suck ass in almost every way. It isn't helped by the fact that GM and Ford own half the foreign brands still making cars. At least the Australians still make good cars

I don't know why the neighbors don't sue them for property damage. if they sell the grapes it could be loss of income and if any plants died it could be loss of future income. I think a lot of lawsuits are bull but this is a legit reason.
