    I'm glad i found your videos. I injured my lower back..5 herniated discs L-1 to S-1. my hips, hammies and glutes are very tight. My doctor and chiropractor suggested yoga to help me with my stretching. Since i bend like steel, these exercises will hurt. I cant wait to see my progress from your videos. THANK YOU!

      So welcome, so glad they are helping you and sorry to hear about your injury. Definitely start here and when you feel like you have more space progress to the intermediate and advance versions. I's definitely recommend adding the hamstring video as part of this
