Looks great--love oreos! Going to try this plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy and choline and lead in eggs. Thank you for sharing

However, I have used eggs in this recipe🥹 If you plan on using this recipe, you may want to find a substitute for eggs. In place of butter, margarine can be used. You may also substitute the regular buttermilk used in this recipe for one made with oat/soy/almond milk. I hope this helps🙏🏾 (Sorry for my really long comment🙃)
