I used to extreme coupon. I had the big binder and everything. I wasn’t the selfish, shelf clearing kind, but boy was it fun! I had a huge stockpile. Now with digital coupons, it’s definitely not as fun. I like cvs because I get the best deals on things from them like paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex, body wash etc.
I used to “extreme coupon” when I was in middle school/high school, with my dad, and it was so much fun! nowadays coupons are more digital which i don’t like but it’s still so fun for me to plan which stores i’m gonna go to and get deals😄

Hiii! I’m still new to Philly, but I’d say Old City, northern liberties, fishtown, center city, are all a safe bet. Stay away from north west area and anything above Kensington cause that’s not ideal. ✨ you’re gonna love the food here!
