To make the ruffles, create 3 half double crochets into each stitch. Then tie off and start your next layer !🧚♂

I love the color gray, for a theme I like idea of a cloud city. Using white to add accents would probably help. A poofy cardi would be the first thing I would make

For those remaking the skirt, if youre hips are wider than your waist I recommend measuring the ribbing to your hip size. I measured it to my waist and it ending up being a little difficult to get over my hips even with the increases
