@shane4176 ah OK. Cuz I read online that smooth coating might mean a counterfeit. But I ordered bk19 from amazon and mine was smooth. Ordered again and it was also smooth. Someone said that Becker knives all have rough coating. I have Bk5 and Bk7 both with black coating and they are both semi rough. So idk lol. Thanks for the info tho
@yoinky if it says USA after NY, then it's counterfeit. That's how people are telling them apart. Apparently, cos the steel is made in Germany, they don't say USA
Great vid! I like to see a knife used in the wild as opposed to a simple unboxing. I may have to pick one of these up. Thanks!
@@keithmcmannus3528 you are very welcome, and thanks for watching!
Awesome video man!
Thanks I appreciate it!
Great video, thanks ! Deciding on this or bk 18, but will buy this. This knife has better skinning blade but is still stabby.
@chriskitchen4772 thanks for watching!
Hello, great video!
Do you know if the tan blade coating is smooth or rough to the touch?
@yoinky it's not smooth but not rough either. Lol it's pretty smooth but not as smooth as just plain steel. I hope that helps.
