- UK sent the first batch of asylum seekers to Rwanda, media reported on Tuesday, a week after adopting a controversial law allowing irregular migrants to be deported to the East African country.

This is the most correct step from UK, if your purpose to find a safe heaven then UK government will secure it for these refugees, UK economy cannot handle more burden of this refugees influx and give indication if you want to come to the country come on legal pathways.

NOT - "GO BACK" - to Rwanda {as you've stated} - as all these migrants did NOT originate from Rwanda to reside in the U.K.
RWANDA thus far is the best African nation in Eastern & Central Africa.
