@@williswoods7510 This is a dangerous and deadly lie told by the devil. The evil one is basically telling people they can die in their sins because at the Judgement they can accept Jesus Christ and be saved. Notwithstanding that death seals a person's fate, if their names aren't written in the book of life BEFORE they die then there is no hope for them.
Everyone would repent at the judgement if they spent years, centuries, and even millenia waiting in hell.

When we come to understand that Matthew 25;31-46 and John 5;28-29, along with Revelation 20;11-15 are all speaking of the Second Resurrection, we begin to see God's great plan and purpose for Christ (Head and Body) and all Creation, including the "saved nation" which will be the inheritance of the "co-heirs with Christ", the faithful Elect of God who were raised and glorified with Christ Jesus at the First Resurrection.

@@gregoh8087 while there are some who teach that, the New Testament doesn't support that viewpoint.
The First Resurrection saints who have been united to Christ are the "brothers" standing with Him (Romans 8:29) in Matthew 25;31-46, fulfilling the promise of Revelation 2;26 and 3;21 (also 1Cor 6;2).
The sentence passed in Jesus' teaching there is eternal, as we see again in Revelation 20;11-15 and John 5;28-29.

A lot closer to the Truth than what comes from most pulpits today!
I would add that the First Resurrection saints actually will come forth as Jesus - "Life-giving Spirits" in "Flesh and bone" bodies. For as Jesus, we will never be complete apart from "spirit, soul and body" as the Word declares (1Thess 5;23). There is a Man seated at the right hand of God at this very moment.
But I am encouraged to find that others are beginning to grasp the Truth. I've found myself among few rightly teaching on the Resurrection and the Judgment.
As I often preach - it's not about "Heaven and Hell" but about "Union and Inheritance." Those raised and welcomed into the Kingdom at the Second Resurrection - because they have "done good" (John 5;28-29) will be the inheritance of Christ (Head and Body). Oh Glory! There truly is much more to the story than we have known. 😇

And ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I have opened your graves, O my people, and brought you up out of your graves, And shall put my spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I shall place you in your own land: then shall ye know that I the LORD have spoken it, and performed it, saith the LORD.

This message makes us know that their are real brothers in our Lord. Let me tell you iron sharpens iron, you and us. We see you have obeyed our Lord. Now a complete force for Him. He Loves you brothers. Many have different reactions when face to face with our King. He knows what people have gone through. When you behold His Majesty you will feel at home. Feel free to give him a hug, cry, laugh, you will be free of sin. I believe I will cry. I am not worthy of this position. I am humble before Him and you. The way I know, is giving way to Him. It is what I live, breath and see. These peaks and valley. Are what bring us closer to Him. So Our Lord says that it will be marvelous to be with the people that he loves. To be the rightful King to be worshipped in song and celebration. He will dry my tears. But as He said to me "When I am ready". He knows me all to well. That He knows I must continue in mourning. For what I have done. He knows the place where I will go to remember the ones who went down to the grave. I thank him for you brothers and sisters. We will be praying for you. We ask that you would stay true to Him. This we could not bear to see happen if you do not. But we believe you will. Our Lord is Good. You now part of the church Philadelphia. You must lead. You are chosen by our Lord to do exactly that. This is to be easy. Anyone trying to make things hard are the enemy. Two or more are to confront these. Either they Repent or send them out. Keep it simple, but on track. Our Lord will show you what to do. May His true Peace in Joy fill your hearts. Fear nothing. Fear what will happen if you disobey Him. Strait as an arrow as brother Paul would say. You don't think that our Lord would leave you alone do you? If you run into him. You might feel offended by his brashness and he will look at you and ask questions you do not know. Tell him our Lord has not had you learn whatever he is confronting you with. Then he won't go on and on. Now if you do know, answer in truth. He will believe you are from our Lord. It will also save you from his 5 hour long sermons. You think I'm bad? Even if he does not have anyone to tell it to he will go write it down. To the smallest detail.

Good information! But one thing I must point out is the statement, "Faithful Christians will be resurrected at the beginning of the millennium"... This happens at Christ’s return (as you state below this), which is the beginning of the Great Tribulation, not the beginning of the millennium.
Also note that, according to Revelation, "books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books." I believe the "books" are the books of life, which contains everything we have done in our lives.

I loved the video! But the only thing I noticed, is that the Bible does not say that those who have never heard will be given a chance at the GWT judgement. Nowhere does it even hint of that. In fact, you may observe the opposite when Jesus says “those who knew not the masters will, shall be beaten with few stripes.” Inferring a lesser punishment, but punishment all the same. Roman 1 tells us all men have nature and the sky / stars to marvel at and see the attributes of God. You can desire and pursue God without knowing the name of Jesus Christ. I would imagine you could have a relationship with Him / follow Hime and not even know His name. Similar to Moses in the tent speaking face to face with him. But the name of Jesus was not mentioned. Just an observation. Great video! :)

@17736tja Wow I am so moved by one of the things you pointed out; that one may come to know Jesus without even knowing His name. That is so true. I don't know how many times I have shared that with my family. God is so so deep.
I love that example you made about Moses🙏
I recall a testimony of a lady who was Muslim I think. Her testimony is here on TH-cam. She came to know the Lord without even knowing His name. After she met Him, she would speak to Him and would call Him 'My Love' because that is how He revealed Himself to her. She said that is what she would feel when she was around Him - Love. Other than that she didn't know who He was or even the Bible until years later after she moved from her country and happened to meet Christians. Even when she met these Christians, she was very careful that they were not introducing to her someone other that the one she already met, the one she calls 'My Love' 😭😭. Her husband was in a similar journey as well and both of them eventually came to know who this beautiful power they were praying to is. They preach the gospel now🙌
Our God is so so BIG, and yet we want to keep Him in a box.
Thank you for that deep statement❤

This does not sit right with me people in the old Testament was given the Gospel through Moses
    Moses preached the Gospel.
    The Gospel - THE LAW
    How does
    the Bible define
    disobedience,
3:16-4:2 For who, having heard, rebelled?
    unbelief,
was it not all who came out of Egypt, led by
    and The Gospel?
17 Now with whom was He angry forty years?
    Hebrews
    Indeed,
    Moses?
Was it not with those who sinned, whose corpses fell
And to whom did He swear that
    in the wilderness?
they would not enter His rest, but to those who DID
NOT OBEY? 19 So we see that they could not enter in
    because of UNBELIEF,
    DISOBEDIENCE
    defined as breaking
    God's LAW
4 Therefore, since a promise remains of entering His
rest, let us fear lest any of you seem to have come
short of it. For indeed The Gospel was preached to us
    as well as to them
    UNBELIEF
    defined as breaking

    THE GOSPEL
    defined as what

How does point 6 line up with Romans 1:20?
“For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse.”
In point 6 you say this isn’t a “second chance” but I believe that’s exactly what you’re implying if we believe what Paul is saying in Romans 1:20.

Unfortunately the Bible makes no mention of people getting a second chance. I think this video hangs on the definition of “books” and “bible” in the Greek language and fosters the thought that it’s the Bible being opened in Judgement. Other scriptures and in that same Rev 20 further down in verse 14 it states they were judged according to what they have done. So this means the other books were of deeds on Earth and works for Christ in addition to whether or not their name was in the Book of Life. Romans 14:10, Daniel 7:10, Matt 16:27, Rev 11:18.
This video was very convincing, I think merely a misunderstanding but he did preface that we should READ our BIBLE to cross check him.

Like I have asked time and time again, does this mean people like Hitler and Stalin get this "first chance" too? They will get a chance at everlasting life despite their atrocities? Sorry but if you believe this teaching you are lost. Eternal punishment is very real and how you act while you live will determine your future. There are no second or "first chances" after you die.

No they will be raised at the Great White Throne Judgement. They will be judged by their works. The ones who never knew about Jesus will have an opportunity to learn. The ones that are not teachable will be thrown in to the burning pit to be destroyed

@Karen Rising No they will not. They will be judged and go to eternal punishment where they will "be tormented night and day with no end". Hell is very real and Jesus warned about it. If you think the evil will be returned to a state of unconsciousness by being destroyed, think again!!

Anyone reading the signs that Jesus told us to watch out for knows we are in the 'last days'...the period that will bring the great tribulations and when we must lift up our hearts knowing that the completion of God's work is being fulfilled. In an electromagnetic universe things must be organised very differently to how they are today and to reinforce this God has decided that we must witness the full force of the antiChrist whilst being protected by His/God's righteous word...as taught by Jesus Christ. The fact is that our electromagnetic spirit cannot be destroyed and will have to live somewhere...be it on a new paradise Earth or the alternative.

I think the point of the great white throne judgment is to judge the Dead who possibly never heard of Jesus but also to judge the people who are still mortal that was in the millennium Kingdom because remember if all faithful Christians have been resurrected and put on incorruption then how can Satan tempt them at the end of the thousand years it has to be talkin about those who are not found worthy to rule with Christ but are given an opportunity to still be a citizens in the kingdom and live for a thousand years then they will be judge based on their own works and no longer have the blood of Jesus to cover their sins which makes sense why those who take part in the first resurrection are blessed because we have the gift of salvation up until Jesus comes back

This guy is teaching falsely. Everyone before judgement day will have a fair chance to hear and accept the gospel. One time is all God needs to condemn.
"And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,"
"And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come."
Once we see the antichrist or antichrists telling us to worship Satan, then the true gospel has been already preached and it's judgment time. Some will repent and be saved and others will take the mark of the beast.
"When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)"

I do not like this video at all, the Great White throne Judgement is for the condemned. Ones who rejected Jesus and his free gift of salvation. If you die with your sins, you will be in Hell. (Romans 3:20)Judged by the LAW. No 2nd chances once you die. However below is the good news to get salvation.
(Mark 1:15)"Repent" simply means "Change of Mind". You change your mind about whom will save you from Death aka Hell or Gods Wrath. (Romans 3:10) Nothing we as sinners can do can save us, we all fall short to the glory of God. (Isaiah 64:6) Our righteousness is like filthy rags to God. Turning from sin is impossible for us since we are sinners, and will unfortunately sin until death. (Romans 3:25-26) No other blood sacrifice will be acceptable to be righteous before God. (Romans 6:23)Sin is death, and what separates us from God at our physical birth.
That is why we are in need of a Savior, Lord Jesus. (John 3:16) Believe only in Jesus Christ (The only son of God) as your Savior, and his finished gospel work (he died for your sins, was buried, and rose from the dead on the 3rd day) on the cross and you WILL BE SAVED (1 Corinthians 15:1-4) This can be done in the quietness of your own self.
(Ephesians 2:8-9)That is Salvation, it's a free gift offered by God through faith alone (NO WORKS). (Romans 10:9-10)
That is the Gospel (The good News) of Jesus Christ.

Indeed, there is a little more to it than what the video presents, but in no way does the Scripture even hint that everyone at the Throne Judgment goes into the Lake of Fire. For again, as Jesus made plain - those who "do good" in this life, whose works were deemed righteous, will enter into Life. These are the "saved nations" that will be the inheritance of the Elect of God who were faithful in this life and overcame even as Jesus had to overcome.

Here's my understanding (scripturural). The first resurrection is only for those that were beheaded for not taking the mark during the coming tribulation. The second resurrection is for everyone else (saved and not saved)... In other words, most people that have ever lived, will be resurrected AFTER the 1000 years.
See verse five below "But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years had finished". To clarify, the last sentence, where it says "This is the first resurrection" refers to verse four. Verse 6 continues discussing the first resurrection.
4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
After the second resurrection, after the 1000 years, the saved and unsaved will stand before God during the Great White Throne judgement. The books will be opened. If a person's name isn't found in the Book of Life then they will be part of the second death. If it is in the Book of Life, they'll live in heaven with God.
11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Concerning the only verse (Isaiah65:20) given about the probable duration of the Great White Throne Judgement Day I have these comments,
The New International Version rendering is:
20 “Never again will there be in it
an infant who lives but a few days,
    or an old man who does not live out his years;
the one who dies at a hundred
    will be thought a mere child;
the one who fails to reach[a] a hundred
    will be considered accursed.
In other words, people will most likely last a lot longer than 100, so much so that if you died at 90 or 100 (considered a good old age today) during that time it will be considered like someone dieing nowadays at say 17 or 35 (Gee, I wonder what he died of - he was so young!).
Not saying they will last as long as Adam,
but wouldn't be surprised if talking about 350-400 y/o life spans. God reduced it after the Flood - He can increase it if needed.
The other thing I would point out is that this period of time is referred to in God's Holy Days as The Last Great Day. Isn't a day for God as 1000 yrs for man?
So are we saying that the other days in God's Plan are 1000 yrs but the Last Great (as in really GREAT) Day is just 100 yrs?
And like Columbo might say, - just one more thing:
If the above is correct, then you could also say that all the dead will be resurrected in the same day but not necessarily at the same hour of that day! We're taking a lot of people for - 100yrs?
Anyway, that's my input. Anyone else have anything?

    • @michaelbest7872
      @michaelbest7872 ปีที่แล้ว +3

Ivan Morales Hi. I like that you think about such things. I too try to understand and consider what some scriptures mean. Job 14:7, 1 Chronicles 16:33, Isaiah 65:22 sheds some light about this too, I think. I like your reference to Columbo too!

    • @TeaTime-32
      @TeaTime-32 ปีที่แล้ว

Just read the referenced scriptures and most interesting is ..for as the days of a tree are the days of my people (Isa. 65:22)
      This from Wikipedia (Topic: tree):
Trees tend to be tall and long-lived,[15] some reaching several thousand years old.[16] Several trees are among the oldest organisms now living
So it just reinforces the view that the verse used in the video doesn't really seem to indicate a lifespan during this resurrection period averaging 100yrs. Quite frankly, it seems to be indicating just the opposite - that 100 years is a little thing during this time.
I've tried to see it in the verse provided but it's just not there which is why I think that the otherwise excellent presentation is lacking in this regard (in regards as to how long the 2nd resurrection period is). They should provide more back-up scriptures in any event - because what if they're right? What I'm getting at is the verse they provide simply doesn't seem to correlate - just the contrary if you read closely. And the😊 scripture you provide (Isa.65:22) seems to indicated quite a looooong life!
Whatever! The important thing is : Keep His Commandments (didn't someone already say that?)😊

I"ve thought the same; perhaps people will be resurrected in families over a period of 1,000 years, beginning with those who lived the earliest. It will be exciting to find out the details of how God will arrange this wonderful time and how long it will last.

I guess there are details in God's plan that we can't know for certain at this time but we ought to be greatful for what He has revealed so far (and some details probably wouldn't be understood, like trying to explain TV, Cellphones etc to someone from 1620 - they really wouldn't understand. Some things you have to see and live to actually get it) and comforted with the promises that in the future all will know what the most knowledgeable do now and so much more and the end result will be full of joy as indicated by these verses:
      Habakkuk 2:14
[14]For the earth will be full of the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the sea is covered by the waters.
Rev21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes, and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain; for the former things are passed away.”
5 And He that sat upon the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” And He said unto me, “Write, for these words are true and faithful.”
      God speed that day!

The first resurrection happens in one go just before Jesus' second coming to rule and reign on earth for 1000 years. The second resurrection happens AFTER the 1000 yr reign, just before the earth is destroyed and a New Heaven and New earth is created. The Isaiah verse I believe is talking about life during the 1st resurrection 1000 years. So I don't think it has anything to do with how long these 2nd ressurectioners take to either "get to know Jesus" or "come alive again".
Because the 2nd resurrection happens just before earth is destroyed, I personally don't think this resurrection period will take long.

I'm not sure to understand fully. Are those alive during Christ second presence and the beginning of 1000 must go to heavens, in a spiritual body?. And are these will come back into a physical body on earth? Why going in heaven if the end is to live on earth?

There is no discussing salvation with God on the day of judgment.

Jesus makes it pretty clear what happens at the Second Resurrection in Matthew 25;31-46 and John 5;28-29. Those who have "done good" in this life - including many church-goers who didn't "overcome" and attain to the First Resurrection - will rise to "Life" and be among the "saved nations" that the First Resurrection saints will rule over in the Eternal Kingdom to come. Oh that the Gospel of the Kingdom would be taught from the pulpits as it was preached by Jesus, the Apostles and Prophets.

The explanation of the first resurrection was great, however, the idea that individuals that didn't live for Messiah in their first (physical) life will be given a chance to follow Messiah in the second resurrection is a false teaching and does not coincide with scripture.
Mat 24:11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
Mat 24:12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
Mat 24:13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
Mat 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Revelation 20:12-13 identifies those comprising the second resurrection as the wicked judged by God at the great white throne judgment prior to being cast into the lake of fire. The second resurrection, then, is the raising of all unbelievers; the second resurrection is connected to the second death. It corresponds with Jesus’ teaching of the “resurrection of damnation” (John 5:29).
The event which divides the first and second resurrections seems to be the millennial kingdom. The last of the righteous are raised to reign “with Christ a thousand years” (Revelation 20:4), but the “rest of the dead [that is, the wicked] lived not again until the thousand years were finished” (Revelation 20:5).

    is eyes like a flame of fire;
    Tools
Yes, and he saw Jesus with feet were like fine brass, as if refined in a furnace, and His voice as the sound of many waters and He had in His right hand seven stars and out of His mouth went a sharp two-edged sword and His countenance was like the sun shining in its strength. So, how literal is the Great White Throne Judgment? In Revelation 1 and in 22 it is said these things are shortly to take place and the time is at hand. If you are going to be literal in your interpretation, it's all been over a long time ago.
