    in my view... without foyer options are created for Vastu. If they change it to with foyer units, the doors will be south facing, which will not be preferred by majority of the buyers.

      It's understandable. Thanks for clarifying. But does it come with additional cost? Also, can I get a foyer if prefer a foyer and okay with a South facing unit?

      @@euphoria_propcorner I did enquire in this project sometime back... there was no extra charge.. however, even if its slightly higher in price, it will be due to foyer carpet area. Not 100% sure though, worth getting confirmation before booking.

      @@euphoria_propcorner I guess we may ask for south facing one... but brigade generally doesn't allow customization... coz they said each unit holder will come with multiple types of requests... which will delay the program.

      @@raghavabaroda IMHO, when someone is investing in crores, she should be given the option to make these small changes. These customizations will not cause much delay.
      Builders can provide possible customizations and set a cutoff date for all the customers to choose their preferences. The same sales team which calls you thrice a week should be empowered to help the customers understand the customization options.

      1. how likely it is to get completed on time. I heard their eutopia got delayed, was that an exception and how is brigade in terms of on time delivery.
      2. hows the sunlight exposure in different blocks and flats
      3. How likely to be the area pollution levels considering Godrej big project is coming on the same road and other builders are also heavily constructing in this area.
      4. What are the current prices and are they justified

    Pls compare the floor plans too.. as the balconies and windows of most of the units are not in natural sunlight direction.. looks like they will not have good sunlight or ventilation. Your thoughts will be helpful

    How to get clear timeline pics like shown in the video. When I try in Google earth, its blurred.

      Some areas are still having blurred image. In that case we can't do anything to clear it out. If an area is clear in a zoomed-in image, you can save the image using a button on the top. BTW, I'm using "Google Earty Pro" desktop application.

    Can you please do a video on Sarjapur-Attibele road properties like Natura Mirai & upcoming Purva plots
    in S.Medihalli. Also when will we expect to see a metro in that area? 7-10 years?

      There are multiple purva projects in Sarjapur-Atebele road. Also, you can find some plotted development in that area for cheaper price. I don't think Karnataka Government will support about that road's development as it will benefit Tamil Nadu side also. There is no plan for a metro in that line. The last Metro stopping in Bellandur-Sarjapur line will be at Sarjapur. That project will take another 5 to 7 years for completion.

    near to dumpyard, near to industries, stp discharge is an issue yet you say this is a good investment...why?
    Also I did not see sunlight analysis

      I'm yet to do the sunlight analysis. I'll do it and upload a video soon. Every project will have some disadvantages. I discuss both pros and cons in my videos. As I told in the video, this location has some disadvantages. But the project is mostly positive IMHO. As more new apartments are coming, the area will become resident friendly soon.
