Jehovah's witness?
The "sin of the world" is the one that Adam committed in the Garden. Jesus takes away Adam's disobedience by being obedient and submitting to death. Jesus as the reincarnation of Adam, reverses what happened in the Garden, the Resurrection causes all souls to be cleansed of Adam's sin and the bodily resurrection will cleanse all bodies.
Stupid about sacrifices
God NEVER asked for sacrifices.

I should not have said “stupid about sacrifices”
but I don’t think God demanded sacrifices to appease His anger towards us. I have spent many years as a born again Christian waiting for an angry God to punish me when I sinned. Kind of like Adam and Eve hiding in fear from Him in the garden.
Thanks for that video and I do appreciate your videos very much.

@@marypayne2588 there is a deep theology of the concept and need for a sacrifice. It is true that animal sacrifices were just foreshadowing the Lamb of God (as there is no forgiveness of sins without the shedding of blood). Hence there were ceremonically clean animals named, to sanctify sacred space. It's not stupid, just incomplete and essentially it had to point towards a sinless human, who can rightly replace us.
