There's a product made in Canada called ReedJuvenate. It holds 3 reeds of any size and a sponge is wet with original Listerine to keep the reeds humidified and free from mold. The original Listerine is important, as flavored kinds contain sugar. It doesn't require as much management, since there are horns that sometimes go a while without playing.
If no alcohol is added, sometimes the water gets a little streaky. In that case reeds can get mouldy. Or if too less water is in the bottle. But if you add alcohol and keep the bottle half or more filled with water, the reeds will not mould easily. I play a reed at least a week or more and then the reed is done anyway...

59 Trader on about 100ml of water I‘d add a teaspoon of Listerine...
