I don't know how to get back, after failing so hard.. it's took way too long to climb back.. I can't fail or fall, all I can do is rest a bit and continue.. You might finds beautiful things on your way to your bright future. Be patient all things takes time ☺️

I used to have severe stage fright but what helped me was imagining myself as a third person and watching myself as a member of the "audience". So I would put on an act in a sense? And I always manage to pull it off somehow with my friends telling me I looked very calm and composed (when i was actually screaming on the inside haha)! And also, being very well prepared helps, knowing you have sufficient knowledge on the subject to improvise should the need arise :-) Hope this helps! Love you guys' videos

What helped me was going for a walk to get some space for my head and fresh air and then doing deep breathing exercises right before the presentation. Deep breaths will calm your heartbeat. Also keep in mind that you are not alone with feeling nervous - mostly everyone does and even if you mess something up it'll not be the end of the world! Being prepared for the talk should also be quite helpful :'D

tip for the presentations! just remember that everyone else in the class is in the same boat as you and that you’re definitely not the only person who feels that way: half the class is probably just as nervous as you are so nobody will say anything or judge you
I’m also a first year university student and I hope my life can be as relaxing as this video😹 I also struggle with presentation A LOT, it feels like I am speaking loudly but they actually can’t hear me at all. There has never been a time that I wasn’t nervous but as long as I remember everything I need to say I’m good. Not sure if this is a tip but when I present I don’t drink a lot of water because it makes me anxious about going to the washroom in the middle of a presentation Ahahaha

U can use a water sprayer instead of a watering can, it's totally up to u tho☺ but A watering sprayer is better because when u do with a can, the plant moves because of the direct pressure of the water and that might not be good for your baby plants 🌱:)) Also, do u make a daily time table or do u only make a time table for productive days or u don't make a time table?
