I know this is an old video but I'm going to have to tell you I've watched several and yours is off the chain dude. I'm saving this one I will definitely make this recipe oh yeah, GO DAWGS!!!!
I originally watched this video last year and couldn't wait to whip this up. Honeyyyyy. I made this dressing for New Year's dinner and my husband said he refuses to eat dressing any other way. Thank you so much for sharing.
My stock was much thicker than his tho I followed the recipe almost exactly. I didn't have as much seafood and turkey stock and used less of the soups. Any idea why?
It probably just needed a little more stock or liquid to thin it out a little. nothing wrong with it being thicker as long as the dressing stays moist when you finish cooking it. How was the finished product?
Hello got a question. I'm in the middle of making my roux, but I have to ask you did you use butter or vegetable/canola? I know when I make Gumbo I use vegetable oil, but when I make crawfish Etoufee I start my Roux with Butter. Ok Thank you

How would you freeze it after you make everything lil ready made without baking something like in the store ❤❤❤
Mix everything together when it cool, put in baking dish wrap and freeze.

I might not even add the cornbread and just have that stock situation as a soup! Looks like you know how to cook very well. Preciate the recipe!

Butter. Vegetable oil is great also. The butter helps with the moistness.
@@TheRollingGrill I used vegetable oil and it took my dressing to another level. Thank you So Much
Looks good but your stock could be a gumbo also I must try it
Absolutly, Good idea!
Do you think you could do this with lump crab?
