I'm actually a Jamaican lol, the delta service was great even tho the plane was old it was still enjoyable the inflight crew made up for it with their great hospitality
I don’t know why, but I like these old Delta 737s. The in flight entertainment was groundbreaking for it’s time, and though it isn’t super fancy nowadays, it still holds up in many respects when it works properly. Also reminds me a bit of my old favorite Virgin America with the power, brightness, and volume controls below the screen, and armrest mounted headphone jacks. Seats, while they do lack adjustable headrests, are fairly comfortable and well padded. Tray tables are massive by modern standards. Lavatories are more spacious than the newer planes: sinks are actually an acceptable size. Luggage compartments may be smaller, but my suitcase fits them perfectly and literally couldn’t be any bigger, which is super satisfying. Other than that, it’s functional. It’s a plane. I can’t complain.
