"Made in FRG" means Made in Germany (FRG stands for Federal Republic of Germany)
"AFU" stands for Armed forces of the Ukraine
"Rides a DRG" DRG means for Diversion Reconnaissance Group and is also called"Reconnaisance and Sabotage Group", doctrine-wise it is same as Ranger/Commando operation - small unit tasked with infiltrating enemy lines to recon, harass undefended targets, plant mines, etc. Main difference is that Warsaw-pact DRG unit may not be (and is usually not) a designated spec ops team but rather a "line" infantry tasked with this unconventional/light infantry tactic.
"Who is adjusting" the guy is artillery forward observer fixing indirect fire mission of Grad (BM-21 MLRS, light one) and Solntsepek (TOS-1, thermobaric MLRS). If you don't know how indirect fire works - gunners don't see the target, they fire "roughly to the position of the enemy", then FO tells them how much to adjust the sights to land the shots on target based on how much they've missed, then you fire for effect. Or just lase the target if you are using guided weapons, lol.
"333" is an unofficial, though widespread, command in Russian-speaking militaries (used in RU, UA, BEL, no info on other countries) to synchronize firing salvos. Since the intervention in Syria, the Russian Military started using ‘it. The idea is that battery CO shouts "Trista", "Tridsat" (and all shooters get ready) and on "Tri" you pull the lanyard (or push the button, depending on how your gun is fired). Basically the "Ready, Steady, Shoot" but the numbers are easier to hear and comprehend on the battlefield + you won't mistake them).
"It's not enought, but it's cheap" a pun on the common line used car salesperson will pull on you convincing to buy this definitely-not-a-piece-of-crap car for a big price. To be more precise, not car, but "vehicle" since it is referring to any military transport vehicle (IFV, APC) but since Russian informally calls them all "cars", here the "used car salesman" joke.
"Ukrop behind the weel" - Well, "Ukrop" means "fennel". Since 2014 it is used as a term for Ukrainians (originally the most militant/nationalistic ones). Ukrop = Ukrainian, you get the idea. Not the most derogatory term, especially nowadays, roughly the same as call some Russian a vatnik - he may "wear it with pride" and even not be offended, "yes I am vatnik/ukrop, whatchagonnadoaboutme?".
"Smerch" are HEAVY MLRS. Uragan - "medium" MLRS, smaller than Smerch but bigger and more powerful than Grad
