The biggest issue with this battle is other ships getting involved. I've had the DMC, Privateers and the Rogues all get involved during this fight, which made me abandon it. If it was just 1 on 1 as it should be, then the battle is pretty straight forward.
It would actually make sense for them to run away. It’s a giant, glowing, semi-translucent vessel that screams like a banshee. Even the most hardened sailor would be scared shitless.
Yupp trust me, I was losing my shit. I ended up having like 10 ships in the mix at least, I got sunk once, but I went through probably 600 cannonballs total which pissed me off. haha
Can be farmed at 4 different spawns plus the quest point. Not 24 hours. Can be fought every time it hits night, always spawns at one of the 4 locations. No need to server hop
I absolutely love it honestly been wanting something like this game for so long since black flag so I really don’t understand why people dislike it but people have different taste’s for games
There is a nightly spawn in the east indies that isn't mission capped. For the purpose of exploration, I won't say exactly where it is but the location isn't far from one of the ports.
There is 6 diffrent spawn locations, from my experience the ghost ship spawns every night in one of the spawn locations no matter if the anyone has the quest or not
I’ve honestly seen a lot of hate on this game myself but honestly I’m loving it don’t get me wrong they are some stuff I’d like to see added in but that could happen in a future update
People hate it because they want black flag 2, with island exploration, fights, etc., they cant seem to accept that this game is entirely different. haters gonna hate. But as you said there are some things lacking, that future updates could cover, lets hope Ubisoft will listen to their community.
I'm a level 9 snow ship for me its the best ship this is a good game shame you can't get big ships or a ghost ship they might add it in halloween time but for the large ships would be nice to have
Happened to have an issue where I was fighting a captain and then the ghost ship appeared so I ended up fighting both and it took forever with 3 people

And yea I am enjoying it not casue it has so little to offer because it a pirate game that takes most of what I enjoyed from black flag In a bigger open world and a can sail with friends I don't have to deal with toxic people online (like you) unless I choose pvp it looks great and the road map looks promising. And then say I need so little to keep me entertained nope how about for once I don't feel forced to rush or grand so that I don't miss out on the new gun or somewhere stupid time limit thing every other love service game does or how about that it is less then 60gb. @MrJavblack really how? In dredge you get rss with a small click timing same in SB. And you go to a menu click on an upgrade menu to upgrade ship same as dredge you manage click drag cargo same. Shallow interactions with less than 20 npcs same. Cartoon graphics instead of a modern console worthy ones. Triple AAA studio that made black flag so all the graphics and work is there got too lazy and dropped a budget game which is at its core really actually empty and yeah its large but low quality. And then he trolls by saying it's AAAA cus of how much is in it 😂😂 hence its such a giant flop and that's even with giving it free 😂😂
I love this game. A lot of the complaints I see is that it is not Assassin's Creed Black Flag 2.0 or Sea of Thieves. I, personally, am glad it's not either of those two. It's doing it's own thing and I am having fun with it.

Ship level is pretty important, as the higher level ship will do more damage and recieve less damage from the lower ship.
This was the most fun battle ive done so far in the game.
Wait till the throne legend event pop this ship is flipping insane and so hard you'll love that more!

Yeah I thought the game was a 6/10 until endgame them when I reached endgame I'm hooked 8/10 with plenty of gaps to fill to make it a solid 9-9.5/10

I think it is flipping phenomenal! But yes I agree there are a lot of gaps but easily added and probably will be! 🤞

I hear ships that are 3 lvl or move above you do 75 percent more damage while you only do 25 percent damage to them..

You can get the blue specter from te rogue as well as fighting the ghost ship...assuming you're kingpin and all..haha

I have done this boss solo with fire bombards just had to get close to kill front weak ghost points

what about those rogue lvl 10 sloops that will kill u in 2 shots from the bow, while ure lvl 11? totally caught me off guard.
It spawned only once for me, and I haven't had the quest pop up again after I did it the first time.
The quest resets once a day and you have to head to the person as for some reason it doesn't re appear on the map 👊🦜

You need to pick up the side “From The Deep” from the Sea People Huntmaster NPC found in the Lanitra Outpost. This can be farmed multiple times.

Stop promoting server hopping, it is jut sad and needs a 168hour ban.
If your ship levels up it does 25% more damage to a level lower ship..
You change server every time you log on, how is server hopping an issue? Unless Ubisoft tell us it's an issue, stop making up your own rules.
