The dark spot is the yolk. Those eggs that you can see through aren’t fertile. So throw those away so they don’t explode and contaminate your other eggs.
i dont change temp last three days, i go 2 or 3 days without turning (mostly because i have to hand turn 40+ eggs a day if i did and i usually forget) and i only add water if if the incubator is bone dry and have normal hach rates of about 80% not to mention ive only hatched out shipped eggs so naturally they are more prone to quitting
