Been really enjoying your mod! But have been having problems updating it on the console, and since I can't play without it I've just had to start multiple new games 😅.
“More Enemies” & Extra Encounters” gave me a reason to start on another play through. They have been fantastic so far. It is the first time that the adjustable party limit mod doesn’t feel overpowered. Escaping the Nautiloid in the prologue went from a fight I had to struggle to make interesting by trying to take out the commander and his reinforcements to a fight I genuinely felt lucky to escape. It gets easier once you have six companions, but remains interesting.
They both add so much to the game, especially on subsequent playthroughs! More encounters is nice because it ends up surprising me, and more enemies just makes the base game fights more challenging! Tons of fun!!
For weapon mods, 'Baldur's Gate 2 Weapons' by Lunubis is hands down my favorite. They basically translated the unique weapons from BG2 into BG3 and distributed them as drops/loot throughout the game. Obviously lore-friendly and great for nostalgia, since they came from the OGs. The author had to tone down their power a bit for balance reasons, since many of them would be too OP in BG3's power-scaling, but they definitely capture their nostalgic flavor. Honestly more accurate than the few weapons brought back in the base game. There's currently 80+ weapons, and they seem to have plans to add armor/shields/accessories too. It's available in the ingame mod manager for PC.
Great mod review. I am running of superlatives for you and your videos. Some of these mods I have never seen before, so I appreciate your attention to them. I am avoiding any mods that can change your characters appearances. Like hair and clothing mods. I already spend too much time in this game playing dress-up. I have turned dying outfits into an obsession. LOL.

Mystra and Mystic are my faves. With Booming strike + reverb gear you basically get a free thunderous smite and its satisfying. Mystic Order of the Blade gives you Psionic Smites which are really fun on Gith. Also Mystic gets the best create darkness that doesn't require concentration, gets all the elements, gets better control spells, and its just an all round "OP main character" vibe
For those who want a less op blood mod, there is blood mage. Has 3 different playstyles who are fun. There inst a single risk in sorcerer since you can spam the bonus action to make you bleed. (which also create a puddle on you)

But I recently downloaded the Increased Party Size, because I wanted to do a Vampire Squad Appearance Guide, and I wanted to do 6 famous Vampires form books, movies etc. and to have them alltogether I needed that mod. Never thought I'm really gonna use it, but since I'm finished with the group, I really want to go out with them, and defeat Cazador, haha! Also, the sumradagnoth mods are sooo good! I love them! And I love all the customization mods, recently I discovered the Ghastly Ghouls, that is a great mod, but sadly only on nexus! I was blown away, by what the mod creator has done there. You can even add horns to skeletons, that's badass!
Mystra's spells is incredible that its on console since the 5e spells was a pain to install on PC before the mod manager! and Mystra's spells has more spells! I love the 6 vampire idea that's so cool, go take down Cazador!! I am waiting for sumradagnoth's monk mod to come since there are some fantastic mods in there! I currently have them from Nexus right now and love it
@@JasonDunna oh yeah, astarion got some help from his old friends, vlad the impaler, lestat de lioncourt, selene, blade and nosferatu... and edward cullen (although I don't like him much). Cazador will most likely ran from the sparkly vampire 😂😂😂 Monks are one of my favorite classes, I got all if the monk mods from him! They are fantastic!!!
Awesome mods! There’s a haunted instrument mod and a treasure goblin one that I’m interested in seeing how those work if they come to console. I agree that we need the move faster mod for sure lol
The instrument mod is fun, I love the one that summons in extra bandmates! The treasure goblin mod is pretty cool too, I showed it off in a previous video before, love it!
All the mods are great and cant wait for them to come on console. Now all i want is mod that gets rid of the radial menus. I cant use mouse and keyboard so a controler friendly pc ui would be nice. But if not oh well ill live with it. Great vid.
That would be interesting, I will keep an eye out for any controller UI mods! You can also use a wireless mouse and have a book or something nearby to kinda mimic a controller, I have done it when feeling lazy
Have you reviewed or tried a Nexus mod called Full custom Companions (Hirelings)? I think it allows you to create as many companions as you want. I think you can create a party of all your own created characters.
Ooo extra encounters seems interesting. Maybe I'll pair it with the tactician enhanced mod for more fun. At the very least I have those two plus level 20 and adjustable party limit. Can't play without those anymore. Oh and cheater scrolls just for fun 😂

I want to do a playthrough with it and am interested in hearing your thoughts on which of the subclasses is would make the playthrough the easiest, whether to specialize in defense (Arcane Knight), offence (Spellblade), or magic (Magus)?
Hey Jay! Found a bug I think. On console I tried making a mystic soul knife and now rather than the daggers it lets you summon daggers, scimitars, warhammers, or hand axes. Game crashes when you try to summon anything other than the daggers though. Dunno if it’s been reported or not yet
I was never planning to play BG3 with mods. On my 3rd run and seeing all of your videos about mods is "forcing" me to play my 4th run with mods. STOP influencing us with your best mods videos! 😅
Is there a shepherd druid mod hiding somewhere in the official mod manager? I swear I saw it in an obscure list of mods somewhere. But I guess I could be crazy.
Havent had a console mod drop in like 2 weeks. I thought after the patch hotfix, i thought we would get a backlog of drops, but still nothing. Sad day.
I kinda wish there was a mod to play a female D’urge especially now with the new heads mods on console of course it probably would have some dialogue issues. It didn’t dawn on me until last week that all D’urges are male
I got the greater undead mod and it has some glitches in cutscenes and for whatever reason the skeleton has a permanent robe on that clips really hard with any robe. Wish the body was just a unrobed skeleton without any clothing. Was trying to be a true reaper but not a huge fan of the black and yellow robes they’re stuck with

Yeah, as far as the lvl 20 mod and no wild shape. I basically turn Halsin into a Ranger after lvl 4 and Jahearya after lvl 4 Druid she’s a Bard

Does the movefaster mod effect combat move speed? If it does, is there a way to toggle it to not effect combat?

Really? My friend played as a custom female D’urge on console. No mods. Because that was before mods came out.

Yeah I noticed that as well, I am holding out for a proper skeleton mod as well, it'll come eventually since its something in the base game
