Hi, Thierry! How do you automatize "auto" brightness/contrast? Which would be a general script for doing that in both Brightfield and IF images? Thank you so much for your tutorials :)
Hi Alessio! Glad to see these videos are useful. I don't know how to script auto brightness/contrast, but if you check the box "Keep settings" in the "Brightness & contrast window" below the list of channels and then apply auto contrast to a channel, it should propagate to the other images in your project. Hope this will help!
