Anyway my friend, unless you experience anything beyond your mind and body you won’t get it.
When I was doing upa yoga with lots of enthusiasm for 2 months around 3 years back I discovered what spiritual experience is.
And he’s not a showman because if you observe in almost every answer he’s trying to lure you to find your own existential nature which can be done best with yoga. So he has a solution to the existential quest but morons want him to satisy their logic. Unfortunate 🤷🏽

Answered all my questions and placed peace in my mind, because in the Western culture body contact, embracing , hugging, kissing is considered good for the physiological state of a person even among friends or so.... and if one chooses to be apart from socializing and living alone without companion, feels in conflict by the society that compels him otherwise

Never could have thought there are logical answers for such questions. And moreover, this answers are embedded in our culture and practices..An inch of an inch of our practices are based on science. Just that West and westerns of Bharat haven't been able to prove so, that they keep maligning our practices and think they are 'cool'.
I aspire to gain knowledge, wisdom and understanding of our practices, culture, traditions and so all such related things, just like Sadhguru did and does. Thank you Sadhguru. You instill sense of understanding within me (I cannot describe it in better words). 'Intellect' is not the only eye. If at all it is in singularity, it is sharpest knife, which we often don't need but we keep it applying.
Kudos to girl for asking this question. Kudos to the audience.

Isn't it interesting how in many classrooms, there is assigned seating but then people want to naturally sit somewhere else? Then there are others who are so adamant about their seat, they write their name under the seat of the chair? As a child, I was always fascinated to see different children's names on a chair or table who have sat there throughout the years as if they owned it.

Someone can stay committed to a loved one when they are sexually attracted to another by realizing first that being sexually attracted to another is normal and a way of life. However, this is not to confuse that it is ok to dwell upon as it will feed the desire that is desired. Conflict then will arise within that person, isn't love more powerful than anything? Yes and no, love can not take away your natural way of life, it can only help you to do what is right instead of doing what feels good. So, love has nothing to do with desire, love gives and desire takes. It's ok to do either, but not at the expense of the other or at the expense of anyone. So, realize what's right and wrong for oneself instead of making rationalizations. Be willing to experience how you feel, but follow what is right to what supports morality, value, and meaning, and let your guide be to do what is right instead of how it will make you feel; otherwise you will loose yourself to being whatever you want instead of being a way that makes you important.

If you are committed to the person whom you truly love, you would be so content that you can hardly get attracted to someone else. Because being honest and loyal to the love of your life is so blissful pleasing .
Relationships , breakups everything on one side. Being in love with someone (getting the same reciprocated) is same as mindfulness.
Make sure you actually love someone and recieve the same energy back from them before you declare yourself committed.
