Better change to Holy Stick at level 70. Since High Priest will have suffragium buff + Holy stick + Verus core. Casting time of it will be around 1+ second
I didnt put it because of the alternative way to use golden hammer for grinding. You can do 2 builds. example, dea staff and Golden hammer (Dea for support and Golden hammer for grinding) or Dea staff and holy stick (dea for support and holy stick for grinding)

But when I get to my lvl 40s.. i think ill change to full support. I don't really know since it's my first time playing this game.

Always do the quests, then grind (spend your 150mins battle time), hunt Elites or use Dead Branch, attend on Guild Party, in-game events that have exp like battle of yggdrasil, Extreme challenge, Helheim, Sage books.
Afaik, Its legal. I havent encounter a report about using multiple characters in the game. Even in KR server, we make alts. Theres even a 1 man guild in KR server. 15 accounts playing at the same time and he's still active.
if you'll use an emulator, theres an option that you can make multiple instances. Also you need high specs of pc if you want to play multiple accounts.
im not sure how to do that. but AFAIK, there are guides in youtube on how you can make mutiple copy of an application so you can run them simultaneously. Maybe it will work in roo. I have 0 knowledge when it comes to pc.
in the early, below 60+ yes, golden hammer is better. But after that, you'll need higher damage than. I already told in this video that hp of mobs in global are high.

If that's the case, is priest wont be that good for F2P? at least for those that don't have fixed grinding party and only solo grind, since AFAIK the ME build with low investment is actually spend more resource than gaining. Is it wise to force not optimal ME build, because Golden Mace is not viable past 60+ ? What about the other mace weapon are they worst?
I havent tested the other build in global but you might want to try Turn undead for grinding. its better than golden mace and way cheaper than ME. Just change the preset to full Luk.
I have tried the turn undead build against wraith and they still get 1 shot but with only 60% of success. If you want the cheapest build i suggest to go for TU build.

They're always doing balance adjustments. Might be nerfed or not. The current iteration of traps is already a nerfed version, it used to deal more damage when they 1st buffed it.

Priest is not the best FreetoPlay class as per my CBT experience. If you want to dominate all content in the game or 1 shot whales in pvp without spending money then go traphunter. Traphunter dominates all even in endgame in TW.

Copy the skill build in this video. It has both acolyte skill tree and Priest skill tree. Both build with Full suport role and for grinding purpose.

Its better to use magic type priest when grinding. You can change to full support when you changed job to priest, you just need a different skill set.
Why upgrade both if you can transfer the refinement and enhancement to other weapon?
Transfering Refinement cost a lot of zeny. Thats why its efficient to focus on 1 weapon until Level 90.

On NA, the 2nd preset is 10k zenny if I remember correctly and the 3rd one is 50k.

from lv 1-39 put it all on INT or just 30 INT, then at lv 40+ after changing to priest, put 30 INT, 60 DEX then VIT.

Yes, Quite good as well, since you need Holy stick for Turn Undead build then you can use ME later at higher levels.

In early, you can do that, by putting holy light. then at level 50, you can reset the stats and the skills for better stats and skills distribution.
