    Great Video, very helpful.. What i would find useful, also, is just watching you in your natural workflow for ground-up Revit without even Voiceover... just as fast as you can professionally get the job done.

    Add a "Flip Control" for extra flavour and spiciness

    Really nice video! How do you create actual cabinet doors that adjust per the length of this family? It would be awesome to see how you would develop a family such as this that allows for cabinet door placement and possibly even adding a dishwasher automatically into a cavity and then have doors on the rest of the length. Too much to ask for? Lol.

      It's a bit tricky, but I'm sure it can be done, maybe a good topic to look into 😀

    Is there a way to create a chain where the family adjusts to the change in direction? I would like to make a gutter family that i can create by drawing a "polyline" i.e at various angles.

      I just scrolled through the comments and seen that what I was going to ask has been requested by @johnwagner about the cabinet being added in increments of 24 or 36 in, etc. So the doors automatically appear. You got mad knowledge and I really appreciate you sharing it... Your a blessing bruh.

    Can we cut family for sink, if we are using this family as a kitchen top. (Your voice is too good)

    • @AussieBIMGuru
      @AussieBIMGuru 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Only if the family is 'face hosted' can it cut the bench.
      My usual workflow is to build a parametric hole into the bench itself so they can both be level hosted families.

    I have an issue while painting the walls or any thing ... whenever i try to use paint tool i see only a few color like blue green yellow and a few more ... the thing is that i want to and a variety of color that does not apear in paint tool ... so sir kindely suggest me a solution

    • @AussieBIMGuru
      @AussieBIMGuru 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      The paint tool uses the material browser, you will need to create more materials for the different colours first

    Ugh, I really wish you'd slow down a bit on these... even at 50% speed you fly through stuff, I have to rewind to catch everything. And you forget to mention the little things that create frustration for anyone following, like not mentioning that you hit tab, to pick the reference plane you wanted. Why not label that plane and then select it to be better organized? I like that you're showing this stuff, but you also create frustration by flying through everything, and makes me doubt wanting to support you with Patreon.
