Top end rebuild on a 2017 Honda foreman rubicon 500 irs 4x4 after being sunk

I would have put cheap oil in it first Let it idle for 20 minutes drain it then put the good oil in.

I sunk my 300 probably 20 times And honestly the only reason it died is because I was getting too cheap to change the oil.
