I own 35 - 40 guitars. Some expensive, and some affordable. I saw your video on this guitar, so bought one on a whim (on ebay with a discount code) for 65 bucks! I honestly didn't expect much, but it just arrived and I spent the last 20 minutes thoroughly enjoying this nearly "FREE" guitar!! I LOVE the look. The sound is just fine. ZERO fret sprout. PERFECT setup right out of the box!! I'm shocked and blown away. This is a VERY usable guitar that I would not hesitate to gig with. LOL! I'm still laughing at how great this little Donner guitar is. 😂

I'm seeing it currently for $85 on Ebay but I've been rather hesitant. I wonder if I should wait for the price to drop now or snatch the deal before it raises😂 Did yours come with a whammy bar & allen wrench?
@@crossfire7874 Funny you should respond right at this moment. I'm actually holding the guitar in my hands! (Having an enjoyable practice session this morning.) I still can't believe how great this guitar is for the money. Better than Fender Squiers 2 or 3 times the price. Yes, it came with a decent gig bag, whammy bar, wrench and a very nice 1/4" cable with a right angle on one end. Maybe I got lucky with this guitar, but I wouldn't hesitate if you're looking for an affordable strat with a humbucker in the bridge! Plus the color scheme is gorgeous. Let me know if you pick one up!

Alot of guitar based channels i watch have shouted you out "searching for tone". I haven't checked ya out yet but im heading over to your channel now. 🫡🤘
With tax, and coupons. Got mine shipped for 65.35. Now, a few things. Tuners are terribly hard to turn. May see what oil can do to help. Had fret edges on lower frets after 19 thru high. May need RF shielding, which I will do as practice. Bought to mess around with. Also got a Markbass Yellow JB a month before and just did RF shielding and setup. Good first guitars for anyone shopping for something.
@@johnmcvicker6728 yeah I don't like the vintage style tuners myself. These ones are on the low quality. But this may sound kinda off but I buy one of those "magic erasers" and rub that across guitars with mild sharp edges. It will destroy the eraser but you don't have to worry about sand paper scratching everything. That's just an option if you don't have the correct fret filers. But glad to hear what you're experience was with yours. Hope you get alot of enjoyment out of it. Thanks for watching!
