This is excellent, and I hope that they draw larger crowds and receive the response from the audience that they deserve in future performances. I also think they could improve with a proper stand for the conductors as a step ladder is an insult and quite dangerous 😳. I am hoping that this is a rehearsal and not an advertised paid performance because there appears to be a rather small audience judging by the response I am hearing. Thanks for sharing this great performance with us.
Its only the second london band week so hopefully its popularity will grow. There was only 3 performances last year by the tennesseans i believe. This one, hampton court, along with other various young uk marching bands and then the main indoor event along with the royal marine band. Which looked sold out. @@sactoindyfan I would like to believe that, however, if that were the case, there would be no reason for 2 or more people to be holding the ladder while someone is standing on top of it.
@@aussiejohn5835 they always do that. It’s not that bad. Trust me as someone who has been in American marching bands since 1992…and I have a minor in music education, it’s fine.
@sactoindyfan Thank you for that information, and I will accept your expertise in the matter, but it just looks quite strange to me because I have only ever seen an elevated podium, which hasn't been a ladder.

All of our marching band field performances at football games are conducted on these purpose made ladders or drum major podiums. They aren’t unsafe.
