She did an amazing job for a small house and open concept...it simply looks bigger because there is no definite space...u don't know if its 2 bedroom or 4.
First of all I love that the owner is willing to renovate the property. I like how they treat the client and ask him the right questions. They always do an exceptional job.
The fireplace was out of this world . Fell in love with it. WOW!!!!! Egypt and Mike have the Midas touch everything they do is unique and just beautiful!
Wow! Best project yet, in my opinion! Love, love, love the three main colors throughout! Love everything opened up! Love the integrated bedroom doors! Love the exterior walls opening up to the outdoor space! Just wow!
This house is the bomb after renovation...oh yes... and I loved it from the begining ...great lay out and overview and that back yard...I keep dreaming
Top notch design and execution rom Egypt and Mike! I didn't hear it mentioned but floor in living/kitchen appears to be polished concrete which definitely fits the theme.

See u just need to use your neurons, they get to see the project and make decisions before even starting renovating...the kitchen, the marble wall...the rooms were all on paper and the materials chosen before the demo. Client do meet the architect and designers and make each decision together as a team...but still get a huge surprise to see it 8nfront of your eyes and not on papier or samples.
