@@langpascal-e2h not sure if you meant “Solid” or “sold out”? I’ve read some of the content in that crossover Omni in other formats-it’s fun! But that book has a ton I’ve never read.
Great video... I'm a huge Batman/DC and indie reader, and need more Marvel in my life. Looks like the Bendis DD would be right up my alley. Appreciate what you do Dominick
Great video! I'd love to see you do a video of older comics that are still great entry points! A couple other entry points I'd throw out are Powers by Bendis and Oemig, Locke and Key, and Saga
really liked this video! love the Daredevil inclusion, the art by Alex Maleev is incredible. can u make a list on MY favorite comic book character of all time, Nightwing?
@@prodlilrasta love Daredevil! I’m glad you enjoyed my list! I think I’ve made a short with Nightwing and a few comic reviews but never a dedicated list video-I’d maybe need a few more Nightwing comics for that, but I do really enjoy that character! In the future I’d love to
@@TheComicBookReport I try to watch every video you post. You have the best editing, suggestions and good quality videos that get straight to the point 👍
You also buy marvel Omnibuses and Epic Collections digitally now which is great if the physical book goes out of print but you prefer reading a ‘book’ rather than single issues and enjoy the convenient way they group and map long runs together.
@@TheComicBookReport I would say for a brand new reader, Hellboy, because (hear me out) you can almost start when any of the main story volumes and they make sense, the art isn't too over the top, and the stories are easy to understand imo
Are you a newer comic reader? 📚
If not, let’s all recommend some books for prospective comic readers! 😁📚📚📚
Batman year one, house of x, and daredevil by frank miller
@@Velocity_gtag love all of these recommendations for

Amazing list.
I really like how you mixed longer series, with shorter self contained books.

The original Ultimate Spider-Man.
The REAL Ultimate Spider-Man, not this trash reboot.
