Pool Practice Drill - Cushion Control | Pool School

- This Pool Practice Drill focuses on cushion control and positioning the cue ball off a cushion. After potting each ball the cue ball must travel into a cushion and then back out to get position on the next ball. It is important to be the right side of the line on every shot so that you can travel into the cushion each time. This pool practice routine is perfect for sharpening you pace control and close positional play when using the rails.
The shots are carried out on a 7ft UK 8 ball table

Great drill. I think it’s just what I need at the moment. 👍
I really like how you talk out your logic on getting the cb to getv where you want next. Do more of those please. Include how to adjust aim for english and firmness of shot. I'm becoming knowledgeable but feel more like a caveman that's been given a lighter.
Thank you 😊
Just wanted to say thinks for the videos A big help 😊
Cheers glad they’re of help.
kool..where did you get your pool table?
Cheers. I got it from “Pool Tables Online”
Why do some people block the holes with the balls when playing pool
To try and stop your opponent being able to pot their balls (or at least make it harder for them) and give you time to be able to sort out any of your own problems. It’s a defensive tactic which is more effective in some rule sets than others.
