I loved my recent cruise on Scarlet Lady for all the same reasons you did -- the food, the overall vibe, no kids, inclusivity, and creative entertainment. I feel like the price point is high enough that the college age spring breaker types aren't interested, which is wonderful. The Beach Club at Bimini is my favorite cruise ship private beach.
I haven't been on a virgin ship yet - but boy oh boy do you two make me want to book a cruise today! Seems like I need to convince the wife to make this our next booked vacation!

We just visited this beach on Celebrity Thanksgiving 2023. Hilton resort guests and cruise ship guests use it together with the staff from the hotel. Virgin buys out the club and brings their staff for their “ private “ days on the island
The ship does look amazing when all lit up. . We were on a chartered cruise on Valiant Lady, docked in Ibiza and because it was pride, Virgin lit up 3 huge hearts on the side of the ship, using the rainbow colours of the pride flag. They programme the balcony lights to do all sorts of clever things and It looked amazing from afar.

Well except from not getting a shuttle to the excursions! Had to walk to the excursion and had to flag down a tram from the excursion to the resort. Virgin needs to fix this!

Omg. I went to Half Moon Cay with Carnival. Paid for spouse & I to have “cabana” think of “pop up tent/half dome/sun shade” all it came with was bottle of champagne. Did allow for secluded beach. Had to go to “main area” on island for food. Was WORSE than any home backyard picnic!!! This island is BEAUTIFUL- not to mention your “beach lunch”.
That wasn't necessarily a traditional Thanksgiving meal, you really need to come over and try one for real ... you won't be disappointed. Green bean casserole, mac and cheese, mash and gravy, dressing, stuffing, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce or sliced, turkey and turkey gravy, ham, deviled eggs, rolls, pecan pie, pumpkin pie, apple pie, JUST PIES. lol Love your videos! Can't wait for my first cruise in December with Royal Caribbean. :)

I loved Bimini when I went in 2022 with Celebrity. I wish this was a two day stop. I'd spend a full day at the beach club and the 2nd day I'd do a tour around the island and find a quiet beach. I'm looking forward to going back one day. Great video thanks for sharing.

We splurged and got one of the private Cabana's in the VIP area. I knew you had been on Virgin cruises before but I didn't realize you hadn't been to Bimini. If I had I would have invited you over to film it. Main benefits (in my opinion): Servers will take your order and bring all your food and drinks to you while you are there. First $100 of alcohol is included in the rental cost (if the server even remembers to ring them up) Outlets if you need to charge your phones/tablets/cameras. They comfortably seat 6 but you can easily fit more people in if you want.

Me & some friends just went to Bimini on my first cruise back at the very beginning of November. We explored the island and then went to the beach club & it was absolutely spectacular!! I may or may not have gotten a little intoxicated! 😜

And then there are the M cabins, as in "My goodness, what's wrong with you, book a Sea Terrace next time!" At least I think that'll be my reaction after my first VV cruise (in a Solo Insider cabin). Hope the Mysterious Oceanic Children have wandered elsewhere by then.
