Great video. I can't wait to visit the Beach Club. I hope as capacity increases the night life has more energy.
Hi Karen, thanks for watching. With the way it was promoted before launch I hope so. The Beach Club was empty two or so hours before guests had to back onboard. We couldn't even get a drink at the bars as they were packing everything.
This was great. Out of all the videos I’ve watched, I haven’t seen anyone else capture the beach club at night.

Hi Yvonne, thanks for watching. My suggestion would be to sail with Virgin Voyages, the experience is amazing. Then you can visit Bimini, spend some time at the Beach Club and also explore on your own as well and see if it is a place you like to come back and enjoy for a longer time.

Great video. The beach club looks amazing. The night time looks very disappointing. I expected so much more from Virgin. I thought there would be parties, shows etc.....
Hi Annette, thanks for watching. To be honest, I've been to the Beach Club twice now and both times the evening was very low energy. I'm thinking this may be due to the greatly reduced capacity on both of my sailings. Here's hoping they actually have a more lively vibe when ships are at full capacity.
They cant do a lot cause they’re leaving soon afterwards, as a matter of fact they likely already packed up, if you take the cruise early in the year you will be back to the ship before sunset

Hi Anita, thanks for watching. The entire beach club has cement walkways to make access easier. Keep in mind you'll need to transfer to a tram to get from the cruise port.

Hi Gerardo, thanks for watching. You can absolutely explore Bimini on your own. The tram from the ship will typically make a few stops, so you can decide where to get off. There are also scooters available to rent.

Hi blessednettie69, thanks for watching. The Beach Club is actually owned by Resorts World Bimini, that also operate the hotel & casino on the island. Virgin Voyages has an arrangement that grants their guests exclusive access when Virgin ships are in port. There's not much in the way of Virgin branding at the club, so if ships from other cruise lines are in port, their guests can book a day pass for an extra cost to use the Resorts World properties.
Hi.. great video. Do they have non alcoholic drinks at the club and are they included or seperate if you cruise with VV?
Hi akmal danial abd karim, thanks for watching. Non alcoholic beverages at The Beach Club at Bimini would consist of water and soda, which like onboard are complimentary.
I’m sailing in July and the itinerary says that we leave Bimini at 8 PM. What time did the ship leave the island when you were there in March?
Hi Gina, thanks for watching. I was actually there in February, we departed Bimini at 7pm. I was also there in October and we departed at 11pm. Both times however, there was really nothing happening after sunset.
If your on a Carnival cruise can you book a day pass for here in Bimini
Hi Christine, thanks for watching. Yes, the Beach Club is only exclusive for Virgin Voyages when one of their ships is in port. You may be able to pre-book with Carnival as an excursion, or though an independent vendor or directly with Resorts World Bimini.
do they have a dinner on the island or do you have to go back to the ship
Hi hypnoticfire bee, thanks for watching. After my two times to Bimini Beach Club I was quite disappointed that there was virtually nothing happening after around 6pm. Even the bars were packing up to get back to the ship. Not the evening experience that was promoted by VV, but perhaps with time this will change.

I went in 2019 and didn’t pay to hang out at the beach club? We did buy lunch and then went to the beach. We did stay at the Hilton. Is it still safe to rent a golf cart and drive around?

Hi Sandy, thanks for watching. If you are on a Virgin Voyages ship, there is no extra cost, other than drinks or a, optional cabana rental. If you arrive by another cruise line the rates will vary, but I believe around $90/ per person.
Thank you for the tour of Bimini Beach Club. We will be there in November for our first time on Virgin. What time of the year were you there? Teetering with the idea of a cabana but I am reading a lot of people saying they are not worth it and it looks like there’s plenty of seating based on your video. Just not sure how crowded it will be when we are there in November. Also, is there a charge for the lockers? Tks. 🛳️
Hi brantthompson199, thanks for watching. I've been there several times and varied months. Personally, unless you want to guarantee a shade spot, I'd skip the Cabana and get there early to secure chairs with an umbrella. Can't speak to the lockers, I never used them.
