Guys and girls do this. The forwardness approach does, in a lot of situations snuff out chance for anything to grow as it starts the relationship off very awkward even if they are friends after. We are also not robots that just turn off our emotions, we do feel what we feel, and it is fair to feel those things. What if in the situation that a friendship did develop, but as humans do, feelings generated over time for one side? Then the person makes a move and is rejected, and cool, because person A doesn't like person B like that. Person B just doesn't want to deal with them anymore due to their emotions, as being around them could not be comfortable for them. They're not forcing person A into a relationship or some shit, they are abstaining and that was their choice. Ghosting, alright I'm with you on that, but if person B said "Alright I like you now, and I feel I can't be friends with you." Call that person what you will, but it is their right to live their life as they wish. would you be okay with that disconnect? Or is Person B forced to be Person A's friend. Is the ghosting specifically the issue in this case, or the fact that person B disconnected at all?
