      @@ShardTown Facts. I'm not trying to disrespect Kurt in any kind of way, but by 2004 his Olympic wrestling was a long time behind him, he was no longer training it competitively, and he was already working with neck problems, and Puder was younger, bigger, stronger, and also a trained fighter. Kurt was almost 36 by then and banged up, it was never going to go good for him against someone with the training / background of Puder. Just two years before, he wrestled Brock Lesnar in an amateur match and held his own, but by 2004 he was too far past it.

    He looks unassuming but there really weren't many guys in that WWE locker room who could hang with Kurt in a real fight. He literally has a gold medal in shoot fighting and he was a small heavyweight. Some of the guys he had to beat in the Olympics towered over him in height and size. He used to train against Mark Kerr at the Foxcatcher ranch and that guy is a behemoth. He knows exactly what to do with bigger guys to where their size becomes a disadvantage. He even beat Brock in a shoot wrestling match and Brock is a genetic freak with about 70 pounds on him who was also an NCAA champion wrestler. And as that story goes Brock was asked if he could beat Kurt and he said yes and Kurt found out and immediately challenged him with zero hesitation.

    • @SonnyK248
      @SonnyK248 14 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +4

      @@BryRobinson So you're just assuming that Kurt is incapable of kicking someone in the balls, poking them in the eye, biting them, glassing them and punching them? 9/10 times a trained fighter will always beat a regular guy. That's just how it is. Kurt will get you on the ground before you even know what happened and then you're his to do with as he pleases. He can bludgeon you, choke you out, anything he wants to do. The man spent his life learning how to take down and control guys who were literal experts at not being taken down and controlled and you think a goof in a bar with a glass is going to trouble him? There's a reason that the guys with wrestling backgrounds thrive in MMA and it's because it's the most difficult discipline to combat against.

      @SonnyK248 14 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +4

    • @MarvelRivalsDPS
      @MarvelRivalsDPS 13 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +2

      @@BryRobinson That's a weird example. BJ was just toying with him in the first fight and let him hit him multiple times while laughing at him. The random guy did end up landing two good shots eventually and put BJ out. That was dumb of BJ to just let someone throw punches at him. But you're leaving out that BJ got up and kicked the guys ass and choked him out once he realized it was serious and felt embarrassed. A trained fighter is going to beat an untrained fighter the majority of the time. But anyone can land a few sucker punches when the trained fighter isn't even taking the threat serious (the video you're referring to is a great example.)

I’m just speaking logically. It shouldn’t be a double standards. If Eddie had heart and balls to try to double take down a gold medalist and punk had balls, fighting world-class athletes with no experience and if you ask me, that’s even more ballzy. It was both equally gutsy of the two. But Eddie is the goat 🐐 🙏🏾💯

    I'd get hot too if I had to work with Luther Reigns.

    Why not say hey Eddie, watch the footage back, or read the script, I was beating up Chavo, I wasn't fighting you at all.

      Ehhhh. I got a feeling that Eddie's past injuries and substance abuse would've caught up to him by the time he reached his 50's. I don't think his body would've allowed him to wrestle at that point.

    When I was watching this I was like I wonder if Kurt meme pry is a little hazy, because that’s definitely WM20 and the background is MSG, and there both in there WM 20 attire, I could be wrong tho 😅

    If Eddie never died I truly believe Benoit would have never did what he did. Benoit and Eddie were super close

      Benoit didn't do his family. Someone else did that and Benoit got blamed. He would have never harmed Daniel.

      He can't gain muscle. He can't work out as hard. Has a lot of nerve damage etc from breaking his neck. So he's just losing a lot of weight cuz can't maintain muscle mass. Losing testosterone as he ages. So he's just becoming a normal person who use to be jacked and that's what you're seeing.

      He has spinal stenosis from his neck injury - his neck vertebraes around where he had the fusion have now fused themselves together. As a result he suffers numbness in his arms and fingers, he has lost like three inches on each of his arms, and he can't build muscle because of the nerve damage. He wishes he could wrestle John Cena in Cena's very last WWE match, but he knows he cannot physically go in the ring anymore.
