I have an Elantra N. This has got to be the next best sounding 4 cylinder in the general price range. Nice car 🎉. Also, i understand when you say the camera doesnt do the car justice. It never will 🥲
@@1bojanbojan you planning on any aftermarket mods? I have a catless to borla exhaust system... you can only imagine how loud it is with the pops 😂. I love going through tunnels and overpasses

@@ThexMarz in “race mode” pops and bangs will happen if you rev match down shift in a 6 speed manual or use paddles in a DSG. Basically pops and bangs will happen if you want them to happen if not, they won’t. it has to be certain RPMs just like in the video.

If you give some gas right before down shifting it sounds crazier
That’s what I do Rev match down-shifts.

I have this car with the akrapovic exhaust, but the sound is ridiculous, my dyson sounds much louder
Maybe because in Europe you have OPF. My car did not come with it.

It’s probably your OPF. State side, we don’t have that regulation. Exhausts on my mk8 GTI sounds pretty solid for a stock exhaust.
Does it have a noticeable blowoff or turbo flutter?

I had a chance to go for a ride in Elantra N DCT it definitely sounds better but I do agree the R is 2nd best!
