Late 90’s early 2000’s too, it was arrested 2010 maybe he started to lose his voice but he can still go when he is determined, if you watch he constantly checks his ear piece now when he wants to really nail a song

My opinion as more than 25 years fan from Philip and Pantera ,is, that he need to quit doing Panteras songs,but keep focus on his projects.Have you heard the En Minor, Philip's recent project?This is how i've been imagine Phill should sound like.

As of now with the Pantera tribute, Phil sounds the best hes sounded in years. His voice is definitely way deeper now, but at least he can consistently stay in pitch and not sound out of breath like he has in the recent years.
Now, if you look to your left, you will see a real metal band, that I can consider as heavy as hell and with riffs that are twice as thick.. this, my friends, is real heavy fucking metal. Awesome stuff man!
