In order ro teach people how to live a good life which includes (love , anger and many more emotions , relations , studies , responsibilities ,etc ). So the avatar of god enact throughout his lifetime so that people now can consider god as a human figure and copy his good things what he actually meant to teach was hard without a form , today also people understand better with daigrams, practicas than theories. Before i was secular, from last few years ago when i feel they are not respectful towards my god, and they tried to convert me by abusing lord Krishna 🙏🏻 now i am full religious.

The Idol worship was prevalent Roman Empire. The christenity was opted by King Constantine and church forcibly forbade the idol Worship. The famous deity were The Dyna, The Jupiter, The Herculis etc.

The word "Idol" comes from greek word "eidos" which means form or shape.
Without idol without shape or form we can't imagine our existence, i mean if we look around us everything has a shape or form a tree, a stone, a house, a temple, a church, mountain, stars, moon, sun, planets etc everything is in a shape or form, so we can't escape from shape,from or idol.

Thanks for sharing the video and your comments. Brahman in Hinduism is divine energy and all religions talk about the same. Idols are important as common ordinary man cannot focus on unseen Brahman was the realization of ancient Hindu philosophers. They observed that insisting common man to focus on Brahman will disturb them psychologically. So simpler way is to have idols for worship providing good focus and help understanding Brahman. That's greatness of wisdom of ancient Hinduism.
Sanatana is not just a Religion its a philosophy of the life for mankind
Always remember the Parmatma and he will guide you and support you to achieve your goals in a righteous way🙏🏻🙏🏻

Nicely explained... But our roshis and munis knew the tech of offering water to sun early morning... Water offered in copper vessels by lifting hands over head and pouring water slowly... Watching the sun through water exactly matches the logic of prism when light passes through some crystal... Sun rays bifurcate penetrate into the body of person offering water....

Idol worshiping is easy way to reach Almighty GOD, like a boat in the ocean.
So you meant Moses punished because they worship wealth and cow was golden made but giving such punishment is justified those punishment were were very cruel as far as I know no one have such rights to declare himself as God then punish someone for such a small thing and we (Hindus) worship gold as well but Moses tries to find another homeland and it was without wealth any life could be imagined if you are sansarik then he should be like budhha and preach them to do dhyana instead of making another home for their people wealth and gold is also an aspect of life what correct is not attach to it giving preference to people not the wealth so it doesn't look like Moses punished for that but being egoist that people were not following his path but making their own same Christianity in its initial days. Full of bloodshed in ebrahamic faiths
