@saitodono88 i agree, he's one of the best phazers in the game, because he can take hits and dish out toxic, SR, etc. He's also probably the best knock off abuser, which is awesome

for sandstorm, u could always use hippopotas (the pre-evolved form of hippowdon) just use it either as a suicide lead or to take a sleep move and switch out cus of sleep clause =P

bandit is his accent saying "Banded" meaning Choice Band
If something is "banded" or "scarfed" then they have a Choice Scarf or Choice band equipped.
