Yep Rafael is jealous because Batman beat him easily quite easily Plus he was holding back and just studying the Ninja turtles that just shows how skilled Batman is even when holding back.

@@h1roshema no trust me The turtles don't hold back in there fighting but Batman held back against the turtles even splinter was impressed by Batman's skill and determination of fighting and he stepped in because he new The turtles had no chance of defeat Batman splinter was only dodging Batman to see his moves and he knew he was trained in multiple martial arts styles then he threw a smoke bomb to escape him.
