In this instance, I'd say Sam is Jack's Dad because Sam was the first to have an actual conversation with him and show concern for him. I mean I thought it was pretty clear that Sam took care of Jack when Cas couldn't and Dean wouldn't and never stopped being there for him? But yes I was very selective with my attention on the show when Sam got sidelined HAHA and I enjoyed myself a lot when Sam took care of Jack and stood up for him against Dean seeing him like a freak like he saw Sam in early seasons. To me castiel is most definitely the real father of Jack along with sam now dean he's more of an uncle 🤔🤨😊😀💝💖 even though Lucifer is Jack biological father he didn't care about jack he only wanted someone in his own image to help him continue breaking his father's creations and when he realizes that Jack is nothing like him and doesn't want to hurt innocent people he tries to kill him plus he raped Kelly Jack's mother while inside of the body of the the president and without her knowledge or consent deliberately impregnate her knowing that she would die giving birth that is truly a disgusting and evil thing to do 🤯😠😡🤬🤢🤮
Dean could have been good he couldve been a father. But I cannot forget that his anger at castiel being dead. Jack has spent his whole life terrified of dean's anger. Dean had Sam anD Jack acting like an abused mother and child in the first few episodes of s13. I love Dean I really do but it just got to a point where it was obvious that everyone around him was just trying to manage his anger. He never fully apologizes and nothing he has done has ever really made up for his treatment of him at his angriest. Honestly like you said sam's more like a big brother that was tasked to care for a sibling that while reliant on them isn't a baby. Cas and the bboy were barely around at the same time but there was love there. We don't talk about lucifer.
