The porsche must have its original fuel in the tanks...I can't understand how the judges managed to find a more preserved vehicle...the welds on wings..amazing.
Peter, I for one miss you and Legendary on TV, I appreciate what stories and cars you'll ne bringing us.
P.S. I'm 1 of the dorks that always mentions Tom, you 2 were Great on TV.
Now that people realize the monetization power of TH-cam they'll do some new stuff just for these platforms. They'll have complete autonomy as well.
We've all watched Peter grow from the 80s on tv to now. World class operation from the guy that did the mufflers right up to Pete himself. Love the preservation class, brought back to as they were no pretentions!
Peter must be one of the most knowledgeable car guys in the world. And he's not just knowledgeable about one or two makes, he knows them all! Peter needs to be back on Motor Trend TV.
he is a wanker twice removed !
In my opinion 275 GTB/4 is one of the greatest original V12 Ferrari ever built. This example that you've been hunting for seven years is so unique, well restored and preserved! Peter thanks for your love and passion for the most beautiful original classic cars in the world!
I remember that episode, what a great car!!! Modern dry ice cleaning would have really helped out back then!
What a great segment fantastic car, well done.
Great story, beautiful car, Well presented!
Since the '90s, I have always said if I was to have one dream car for life, it will be the 275 GTB/4. To see it pit against the Miura SV is amazing because that is another car I used to dream about owning. But with the prices now, it will remain a dream only. :-(
Remarkable example! Congratulations!
Thanks for all this. I live vicariously through you guys. I am a Ford nut, so Ferrari is my mortal enemy, but they also hold a soft spot in my heart as they are BEAUTIFUL automobiles. I really do love them, too. Thanks again, it was really fun to follow along.
You guys deserved 1st place 🥇Fantastic job 👍🏻
Great story. Alain de Cadenet In the mix!
jeezum crow that 275 4cam is just stunning. awesome job on muffler!
i really enjoy these. thank you.
Great video!!
Peter you need to do a restoration on a old Ferrari again that would be so cool a brand new episode
I do miss your tv show.
Great video.
Thats crazy that you would be allowed to use asbestos in that muffler thought it was illegal.
In those days asbestos was used in many cars homes office buildings youd be surprised
PLenty of lead in the paint too
Surprised the guy he had doing the mufflers wasnt told how to handle asbestos properly
That stuff will destroy your respiratory real bad...by the time it shows, its too late. Living that one
Beautiful car…..I miss this show so much!
In one thousand years that car will still be cool & Pete Jr will be a very old man!
Such a great adventure!
The previous owner did everything right!
Does preservation allow dry-iceing the car?
Nice ride.🙂🇺🇲
No precautions against asbestos amazing
Thats not nitpicky. Theres a right way to deal with it soon as that muffler was opened, nothing done here.
They were both breathing it wether they knew it or not
so cool
Great to see Alain de Cadenet judging your car. He isdefinitelt missed.
These guys put the original tubes back into the tires, something impossible for anyone to see. - Yet they removed original parts from 1991 Firehawk #3 when they sold it. So confusing.

@@johnsmith1474 awwww did mommy help you with that one girl???
🏆
I assume they had respirators on around that asbestos.
Casually inhaling aerosolised asbestos.... 🤦
and just how hard would you have CRIED , if the engine or trans blew during that 60 mile run ???
I have got to buy more lottery tickets.
Isn’t redoing the muffler and getting it to look “old” beyond the scope of the class in which the Ferrari is competing? Certainly the muffler wasn’t original!
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
13:09 no doubt his/their car, but c'mon, leaning on cars, a classic at a car event no less 😑
Asbestos?
Where tf y’all getting asbestos???
Did you actually use real asbestos? In Australia, where I live asbestos is illegal, and I would lose my business if i was caught using it.
I can do without listening to the son's impressions, just stick to adults please. Yikes, at (13:09) two guys nonchalantly sit on an aluminum Aston.
Oh please with this nonsense. There are no dumb barn finds like this.
Just a way to charge more money….
i look at that 275 and cant help but wonder why everyone else’s cars were so ugly?
