2:55 what if the neighbour is being a loser and wont let you know if he has removed his chimneys already?, if you use gallows brackets as the neighbour wont let anyone check his property and wont say if he has removed or not?

Chimney stack be removed to make life essier if both sides chimney breasts are out.
