Bit of a long video this one, but the skip It certainly was back, had a great day up on my perch, with lots of Stateside coming in and a few other contacts made.

Cheers bud, its a GoPro 7 black, got it quite cheap and it can do 4k but only in wide, with the fish eye and I'm not that keen on fish eye. It was certainly great if not fantastic conditions and a very fun day I had. 🙂
strange conditions....i cant remember to my last qso with the uk.thats not normaly....ive heard that the sun doesnt change the polarity until yet.but i have to be...we will see what happens next year in the suncyclus 24

I heard you from home last night Al on the net first time heard you from home mate , good contact with Drew had him 3 times this week unfortunately the skips dropped off a bit now
@@Al.26TC101 we need the conditions to open up its been a long wait. I had a Brief moment on Am to the states yesterday. I didn't realise I was bleeding over to pmr and my dad was listening on his baofeng 888s
@@alanbond1269 Thats odd ive never know 27 to bleed over on to 446, but yeah conditions are up one minute and gone the next, hoping it will start to change again soon, looks like our Sun is not playing nicely 😞
Yes, we can transmit while driving here, the law allows the use of wireless radio, a different story if using a phone, although it is a bit of fine line if not driving with due care and attention, which I always do. Was a great day though Thank you.
