OMG what a production line. Your a machine lol. Never think your boring, your an absolutely delight and I thoroughly enjoy watching your vids. Thank you so much for everything you share, you are so well appreciated. :-)
I know this is over 2 years old, but thanks so much for the wonderful tips Rhonda. Most of it I knew - sort of, but the tip about the lighter oil is a great one. I've been using Shea Butter thinking it's going to make a better experience for the customer, but I can see now it's not such a good idea. I'm definitely a Poly80 gal. Thanks again.
That’s what I love about you. I love to do what you do but i’m so lost! I don’t even know how to begin. Thank you for everything you teach on line. Amazing! ❤
Thank you for help us. I always ended up getting color marks in my bath bombs, and no matter how much I mix them it was always there. I really appreciate you.
Thank you so much for such a great tutorial. Thanks for your generosity in sharing your recipe. I have never made bath bombs but keen to try. Will definitely try your recipe. I run a small monthly market stall and is looking at expanding my range of soaps. God bless you.
I follow you on IG and your bath bombs are always so gorgeous!! You make this look so easy 🤩 Thank you for sharing your tips, I gave them a try today and so far my bombs are holding up! You're the best!
Hello Rhonda, I hope all is well with you and your family. I have a question concerning bath bombs. I tried making some about ten days ago and they didn’t work out because the mold I used wasn’t working properly so I returned it. I then purchased a bath bomb mold from Bathbomb Xpress and It will arrive on Monday April 8; 2024. My question is, I still have the mix and was wondering if I spray it with witch Hazel can I still use it or do I just keep it as bath salts now and start a new batch when I get my new molds. Thank you! 😊
❤️Thank you for this video. Really helpful. Loved watching you and finally understand how to bloom colors in batches ahead of time. Take care, don’t work yourself so hard! Wanna keep you around! -Momo
Hi from Malaysia. Thank you so much for sharing your tips and tricks as well as the recipe. I am looking to try it out. I would like to ask if the recipe contains FO would that still come under the category of natural product? How to know when to choose FO or EO? Thank you
Can’t wait to try these! I used to make a lot of Bath Bombs but then they started to get wonky so I gave up… my recipe had corn starch which I never liked! I’ll also be trying the witch hazel. Ty for sharing!!
Thank you sharing your knowledge once again Rhonda. With measuring the other ingredients would you suggest using spoons measurements rather than using a scale to weigh them?
Hi Rhonda , I know this video is old but I have being watching your videos and finding them very informative, thank you . Just wondering in this batch how much mica do you add , is it a teaspoon to the 1/4 teaspoon of dye?
You are so sweet and kind. Love your personality! One question, can we substitute some of the SB with more surfactant (SLSA or SCI)? I'd like to make it more bubbly. Would that change the way it sticks together? Thank you for your help and generosity of knowledge :-)
They are all different. Basically the higher the number such as 80 means the higher the work it can do to help oils not sit on top and be slippery. You can use the one you have
Hello! At the beginning in your video you stated to put 2 Tablespoons of FO in. At the end when you went over the recipe again you stated 2 teaspoons. Could you please clarify the FO amount in your recipe? Thank you.
I have that same press :) is your mold 2.5? I'm trying to figure how much to add so it's not to heavy. It's the first time I'm using the actual mold that came with it. I use everything else with it :) love the trick! I wish I saw this video before Sunday when I made the BB. Nvm you just answered my question in the rest of the video 😅🤣
Hi dear, could u pl let me know the colour of the dye (is it red) and colour of mica pl. I checked online bath bomb mould in Bath Bomb World Australia, the press one. Cant find it. Pl let me know. Thanks.
When I make mine I use .3 g of dye I had it to 1.5 g water and dissolve then I add 6g of boiling water then add to my 1005g of sodium bicarbonate honestly the colour is so vibrant! Blooming in North America means to add hot water to bloom the colour you will save huge money on dyes!
Why do you add boiling over room temp water. I’ve used boiling to but not noticed a difference. I have made super bright but my business is noted for a more pastel look
I have to Laugh at the tennis ball holders, (at the same time, I’ll be looking for them,) I use the trays from a certain brand of frozen Chinese dumplings for my soap molds. Sadly, they have stopped putting their dumplings in these trays.😞. But, maybe they will resume at a later date.
@@NelsonInteriorSoapery I haven’t started bath bombs yet. (Terrified to do so.). But this IS the week. I have gotten a small muffin tray and I’m going to put some of last years plastic Easter egg bottoms in them and try that. Wish me luck!

No you cannot remould it. Use it and just pop it in the bath as pleased. The mix is only good for around 30 minutes then it will harden

Fragrance is man made. You can try essential oils but please do lots of research as many are not suitable for
Thank you for sharing, by the way what was the size of the smaller mould that could fit 50-60g
Can’t wait to try these! I used to make a lot of Bath Bombs but then they started to get wonky so I gave up… my recipe had corn starch which I never liked! I’ll also be trying the witch hazel. Ty for sharing!!
No worries. Corn starch is not great in my opinion. It’s just a filler and has no real benefit to making it
@@NelsonInteriorSoapery That’s what I always thought too!
Those look amazing! Most recipes call for Epsom Salts, how do they cause failed results?
Most dont call for epsom salt as salts draw water and that can activate them. Theres many ways to make them and ive made both ways
Hi from Spain, just so happy I found you.😊
Oh thank you 💗
Just seeing this, but I really enjoyed it, and it was very informative. Thank you. I will certainly try your recipe.
Great. So glad it was helpful 🌈
Thank you sharing your knowledge once again Rhonda. With measuring the other ingredients would you suggest using spoons measurements rather than using a scale to weigh them?
No it’s important to keep to an easy measurement such as these . A spoon is not as percise .
Hi Rhonda , I know this video is old but I have being watching your videos and finding them very informative, thank you . Just wondering in this batch how much mica do you add , is it a teaspoon to the 1/4 teaspoon of dye?
Yes I think it was about that amount. I’m so glad you loved it

Thank you. I would not take out any SB but you could add a tablespoon of SLSA to create a bubble bath bath bomb
thanks for this very informative video, I would like to ask could i use oil based colour dye?
You can use approved dyes or micas
What about using polysorbate 60? It's what I have so that's why I'm asking I don't really know the difference.
They are all different. Basically the higher the number such as 80 means the higher the work it can do to help oils not sit on top and be slippery. You can use the one you have
How do I bloom the bicarb if i dont have a mixer? Is is really necessary for small batches?
You can do it by hand in a bowl. If you mix prior to making it helps the colour be more vivid
Hello! At the beginning in your video you stated to put 2 Tablespoons of FO in. At the end when you went over the recipe again you stated 2 teaspoons. Could you please clarify the FO amount in your recipe? Thank you.
its 2 table spoons but remember to check the container as not all fragrance oils can be used for bath bombs
please can you advice where to get this recipe from?
and do you use a dehumidifier in your room when you dry your bathbombs?
Hi there. I make this and it’s my recipe.
I give away all recipes on my you tube.
I do use a dehumidifier

Hi! Is this lake or dye? I’m so new and I’ve been learning that with regular dye you don’t need p-80 but you do with lake & mica.
It’s a water soluable dye but I always add a spoon of mica so the poly 80 is needed
Thank you, I love your videos.
Anytime. I’m so glad you love them ❤️🌈💗
Great video!
How many bath bombs did this batch make pls?
It makes 25 bathbombs of 130g each
You could use the ornament packing tray for drying you BBs
Thats a great idea. Thank you

Did I miss the amount of citric acid she added, or did she forget to mention how much she used?
It’s 40% of the bicarbonate amount

I can make 200 or so a day. But at the moment I get orders most days as well and have a full production going

How many 2.5 inch bath bombs will this recipe make?
I think I got 19-20
When I put roses in mine they tend to Crack around the roses.
