Wishing you a lovfely Easter.. 💥💥Have a wonderful and safe Easter..
When you make Spanish paella couple of things you have to keep it in mind
Good quality rice,
Amount of stock or water, if you guys r using 1 kg rice pls use 1500 ml of liquid, do not add too much, if you think its too dry then u can always add later.
Do not over cook the rice
Spices for paella is quite simple
Garlic
Onion
Saffron
Paprika
Pls use a nice thick bottom pan to cook the paella for nice crust or socarrat..
U can use chicken or any other meat to make Paella. It is quite similar to biriyani.
