Soya - estrogen is a myth, the amount is very safe for human consumption when normally soy is consumed. Red meat is categorized as potentially carcinogenic - ofc it does not mean there's a direct definitive causal link, just to show how how something that's said to be absolutely safe to consume in healthy amount raises so many questions while stuff like red meat, or even smoked/bbqd/processed meat that potentially has high cancer risk never comes with any such "warnings".
I would like the veg series if it shows other than meals ! There are many authentic restaurants which are serving veg food for generations.Also many are still in the notion of veg food is just meals,tiffins etc...chettinadu cuisine is also known for veg dishes ... There are some mallu restaurants which serve extraordinary veg dishes ...manga curry ,puliserry,puttu etc.all am saying is try different cuisine .If you ask us to explore it and say to u..am sorry we r content consumer from u..so i would be excited if u find and explore veg restaurants. also go for some snacks serving outlets which are different from bajji,vada etc..
