Looks like if you have a machine that meets the minimum specs; there’s zero performance drop with the new texture pack; seemed like a slight improvement actually.

That GRE is being choked by that cpu, gpu utilization looks to be spending a lot of time around 80% - 90%

@@RenRaGGaming i see, didn't notice the difference unless i had fsr off completely, but it only ran smoothly with performance mode with my gre

If you are running at 4K, you could be able to see crisp textures on your armor, Vehicles, Environment Objects etc. For lower resolutions, differences are not much noticeable.
For the performance side, are you sure you are not facing mini shutters or dips?
if so, I think it might be GPU driver issues (I'm currently in Preview Build), I will revert to Main Branch driver and do some tests.
