OMG, I think Dr. Lyons is my twin. In my 30s, I had shingles stressed to the max. Then knew nothing about rest like as she said until I was angry. Still growing in this area but much better. Her book is on my list to read. God bless.

I was born in the UK 60 years old. At 10 1/2 years old I received Jesus as my Lord and Saviour. 😀I have been learning all my life to find my identity in Christ and God's word, despite being discriminated against because of my black skin. I HAVE NEVER BEFORE heard anyone outside of my parents and family (earthly Caribbean origin) speak like Dr Sarita Lyons about black Christian women in this way. THANK YOU. We are Royalty, children of the King of Kings once we are saved/ born again through Christ Jesus. I believe that this truth and God's Word should govern my life. For the last 50 years I have believed being a Christian and a child of God, comes above my blackness, gender and culture. ❤😊❤ Thank you Chrystal and Dr Sarita for sharing and going 'there'. ❤🙏🏼 I'll be buying this book😊
