I can't believe how you guys do it. These are such random situations yet shown in such a natural way that they feel like small slices from peoples lives! I sometimes feel like I'm observing people interact and they don't even know they are being filmed. The part where he expresses his love and she flinches was golden. Really reminded me o nNathan Fielder when he kept asking that girl to repeat "I love you".
I think some families just don't grow up saying "I love you" to each other often, and some do. The people who grew up in families that say it regularly find it irregular when it is not said often, and the people who didn't grow up in such families find that it gets said way too often, possibly since it's "obvious". At least that's my take on understanding why this situation may occur.
OH MY GOODNESS the complexity! I love it! Layered, nuanced, clever, insightful, and, yes, funny even! 😅 But in that deep knowing kinda way. Your characters come off as complex as the writing, too. I don't wanna ask because it's SO CLICHED but I can't help but be curious about how much of your content is pulled whole cloth from your life experiences. To be clear, it would not diminish the quality because it's one thing to live something and another to write about it. ANYWAY keep up the great work!
thanks for asking! often the seed of an idea will be based on a real life thought, experience, or idea, then we'll twist / expand / adjust / explore from there :)
That check mark at the end for being vulnerable 😂
hahaha right?

I was really expecting Megan to discover another todo item for 12:01pm and 52 seconds "spontaneously give 'what I love about you' speech"
Saying I love you is only one story point, big ROI potential
what do you mean by ROI
@@willydennisyt he meant return on investment, mah boi using Agile slang left & right
@@antonkalashnikov4762I know ROI just didn’t understand the comment haha
@@willydennisyt I think he means potential to revisit this storyline/characters
ROI, as in, a return on the investment of the characters
@@bucketspree4952 ah ok makes sense - agree! haha
