Same feedback with the adjustability. Sometimes mine seats a little crooked but the knee trick works. I believe the more expensive version allows you to tilt it in all directions, which is actually useful. Otherwise, their customer service was amazing when I had questions and for the price, probably one of the best.
He kept saying "heighth" and I was wondering where's he from that they pronounce height like that... I googled "heighth" read the definition and it's exactly what he's describing 🤯🤯
